Put the wine bottle underneath, pull the handle down and it screw into the cork, pull the handle up and the cork is out. *Chrome wine stopper, seal breaker and 2 different type cork drills. *Opener is 12/ 1/2" Long and base is 3" wide. *Case Measures 12"x 14" x 4" . *The wood case has tongue and groove corners. *There is some Vintage  wear on the case. *See photos.
