These are Military Issue, Black Women's Raincoats.  These coats are older and have been in storage for some time, but they have not been worn.  These coats are well made, look to be fairly warm and have a removable liner.  These coats are a size small, listed as 14S but I believe they are around a women's size 8.  A new coat like this at a retail store would be much more than this price!!  These are priced to sell and I have 100 of these coats listed - the winning bidder can specify how many they would like.
