About 90% of the packages get ship out within 24 hours or the same day. 2)Does shipping come with a tracking number ?   No, it does not come with tracking number. However, when it comes to Customs and the Post office we have no control over that. It takes about 1-2 days to get processed before it leaves the country and from thereon it takes about another 1-2 days to arrive to your country and then waits to be processed by the Port and Customs and then the Post office. Shipping time varies from country so please check the shipping detail chart. 4) What if the item received is not as described / damaged/Lost? The first thing to do is please contact us directly.
