What is the difference between Hobby and Retail?
Hobby products generally have better odds for pulling inserts such as memorabilia or autograph cards. They also cost more than retail for this reason. Some products have inserts that are exclusive to Hobby boxes. Almost all our boxes are hobby and we always state whether a box is hobby or retail. Once in a while, we do get some retail boxes in stock and they are a great value.

I didn't get the stated Game Used or Autograph odds stated on the box/case. What can I do?
The insertion ratios per box/case are stated on average across the entire production run and not always guaranteed per box/case. Any issues regarding content/quality should be directed to the Card Manufacturer. Save the box/case if you can (they sometimes ask for the serial number).
