Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders will ship within 24hrs of cleared payment. Tracking uploaded within 48hrs. Most items ship USPS Priority(14oz and up) or First Class Parcel(13oz or less). We will use UPS as well when necessary or offered within the listing. Tracking # will be available on the eBay and/or PayPal transaction details page within 48hrs of payment. You should also receive the tracking automatically from eBay/PayPal but the automated system is not always reliable. For best tracking results it is best to enter your # directly on the USPS or UPS website. We are proud to ship items to members of our military (APO/FPO addresses) via USPS Priority. Arrival times will vary.

International Shipping

While we do offer International shipping on many of our products, there are many products in our shop not available for shipping abroad. If the International shipping option is not offered within the listing then we cannot ship that product abroad sorry. Here at East Coast Xtreme we offer worldwide shipping on all of our products. While we are sensitive to the high cost of international shipping we cannot offer the First Class Mail International service. This service does not offer certificate of mailing, delivery confirmation, or insurance and both us as a seller and you as a buyer are not protected. We at East Coast Xtreme are sensitive to the high cost of International shipping and will offer the Flat Rate Envelope service for select items, however, this service is not covered if lost or damaged. It is always recommended that you use the Priority Mail Package service for your protection as a buyer. *Both services estimate delivery at 6 - 10 days, however, delivery times will depend on customs. Most of our shipments have been delivered within the estimated time but it is not unusual for a package to take 2-3 weeks (and sometimes longer) to arrive due to customs delays. We will ALWAYS process and ship your items within 1-2 "business" days of cleared payment but there is nothing we can do to speed packages through the customs process. Please provide as much detail as possible about returns. All manufacturers sizing information has been provided within the listings. Returns for convenience are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in new, unused, unwashed, resellable as new condition including all packaging, manuals, stickers, tags, etc... Buyer pays return postage. Original postage is not refundable. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product(s). Warranty for used products will be directed to the manufacturer.
