This is a BEAUTIFUL plate of 3 Carpopenaeus Longirostris fossils from Hajoula, Lebanon. It is from the Cretaceous Period which is approximately 65 million years old! The plate measures approximately 3-3/4 inches by 2-5/8 inches. This is an EXCELLENT specimen with AWESOME COLOR!  This is an authentic fossil and it displays very well. Fantastic Detail! This is a VERY NICE Fossil! These fossil shrimp have become very difficult to obtain. There are 2 shrimp on the front of this plate that are as good as you will see and there is a third one on the back as a bonus. The one on the back is not quite as nice but it definitely adds a lot of character to an already awesome fossil!

These Fossils make OUTSTANDING educational displays because no animals were harmed in obtaining them! Kids love them and they are highly educational!
