This item is brand new. I did open it to make sure it wasn't broken and everything was included. It includes 3 picture frames, 1 white metal ledge and hanging hardware is even included! The picture frames are 2x3, 6x4 and 5x7. They are the 3 different but similar colors shown in the picture.
