I have a new suitcase & believe it is a carry-on also. Size is 21''x23''. It is red. I have never used it. It does have a couple scuff marks & couple light stains from being stored and moved around. Scuffs are on the back and stains are on the front. It does have rollers also. Payment is expected no later than 7 days after auction end and item will be shipped no later than 3 days after payment is received. Paypal preferred.
