Returns/exchanges accepted up to 14 days of receiving your purchase. Item(s) must be returned in the same (NEW) condition as received for a refund/exchange to be granted. On all exchanges for non defective item(s), the buyer will incur a $4.99 shipping (United States) or $16.99 shipping (any location outside of the United States) charge for each non defective item exchanged.
