This type of quality costume could last 15 years or more with proper care: Machine Wash Cold. Do not use powdered soap or bleach. Use liquid soap only and DO NOT MACHINE DRY; it will ruin the costume. Remove from washer and Line Dry. Do not wring or twist the costume before hanging on line. The costume has a single rear entry zipper for easy slip-on (or "Slip into”) access, and a crotch zipper.

To be really considerate, custom-made services will enable your order to be specifically made for you. You will get your costumes in a perfect, full-body fit as long as you tell us your exact measurements. To make sure that everything will perfectly meet your needs, here comes a measure guide for your convenience. Follow it and you will be rewarded with a deluxe form-fitting costume just for you! To ensure accuracy, we really recommend you to ask a friend to take the measurements for you. Also you can do it by yourself, looking in a mirror and using the tape, but that can be a pain in the butt and cause inaccurate measurements sometimes. Just sayin’. 


 Chest-Stand up straight and relax your arms by your side, use the tape to wrap around your chest at the armpits, over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades. Keep the tape snug and horizontal. 
Waist-Wrap the tape around the natural waist, the smallest part of your waist, which is about an inch above the belly button, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body. 
Hip-Stand with your feet together, measure around the widest part of your hips across the hip bone. This area is approximately 7 to 9 inches below your waist, depending on your height. 
Arm Length- Measure in a straight line from the inside of your armpit (just touching your body) to the point where your thumb and index finger form a "V". 
Height-Stand up straight and keep feet together, measure from the floor to the top of the head. 
Weight-For mascot costumes, honest weight measurement is also needed.

6) The length of the stockings (from the thigh to the heel).

Costume will be tight-fitting with a stretch deviation of 3-5cm. If your size is not comparable to one of the sizes listed in the chart above, then please do not buy; I would not want you to be disappointed. Shipping Information For Cosplay & Zentai Costumes

 All cosplay & zentai costumes sold in my Booth begin processing within 1-2 business days after payment process is completed. It’s up to you to choose a standard size or send us an exact measurement for your figure; see my listing for custom sizing information and measuring details. I aim to offer you suits with ideal similarities to styles in original anime or video games, movies, and classic comics. Shipping time is different on diverse items. However, Please Note: the total shipping time refers to the time for processing your costume plus the time for delivering the finished costume to you. You are strongly suggested to place your order a minimum of 2-3 weeks before you need the costume. We offer standard shipping and fast, express shipping for an extra charge if you need it quicker. Feel free to contact me if you need to get this fantastic costume by a specific date.  Generally speaking, standard shipping usually takes 7-12 days. Fast shipping usually takes 5-8 days. Below is a time schedule for making detailed items.

Cosplay Costume: 3-5 days.

Refunds and Replacements I will accept returns for item replacement or refund within 3 days after you receive the costume. The cost on the merchandise will be totally refunded, but the buyer is required to pay all return shipping costs, and this amount is not refundable as it is offered with free shipping at the beginning. Many thanks for your understanding. 
Here are cases in which you can return the merchandise for a replacement or refund:

1: There is something wrong with the quality on the suit. If the merchandise is defective or destroyed during shipping, we can exchange the item for you. Or just send the item back to us. We will refund you once receiving the returned parcel.

2: The size is wrong. While placing the order, you can directly choose the size or send us your measurement. Always make sure you select the right size. We will make the suit strictly according to the received size information. If we make the suit in a wrong size, we can exchange or refund the payment of the order to you, unless it is determined the wrong size was provided to us by the customer, in which case no returns will be accepted.

3: The color is wrong. If the received merchandise is made in a color which is completely different from the color you choose, just contact the me for refunding or replacing. However, please note: This item cannot be 100% EXACTLY the same as the image. There may be little color differences and/or variations when you see the picture on different display screens due to different monitor settings and/or minor color differentials. Dissatisfaction of items because of this cannot be returned. I promise all suits are made according to what you see in my Booth and in the photos. They are 99% just like the images, and are as accurately portrayed as possible.

4: If you plan to return the merchandise, you should make sure it has never been used, worn, altered, washed, and that there aren’t missing items. The original package, garment tag and tracking number are a must-have on return items for you to receive a refund. Thus, be careful while checking all details on the merchandise and packaging please. Please return the costume back with shipping info, tracking number, and insurance for your own protection. 
Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:

1: All custom-made items can not be returned. Also, no returns are accepted if the wrong size is provided by the purchaser.

2: If you return parts of the costume, the payment cannot be refunded.

3: Worn, used, laundered, or altered items cannot be returned.

4: undergarments, socks and stocking cannot be returned. 5: Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etc cannot be returned.

6: Wigs, prosthetics, fangs, fake teeth, cosmetics, beards, facial hair and any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips, hair extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, hats with attached hair cannot be returned.

7: Unauthorized refusal packages will be charged 15% of the total cost on the order as restocking fee. Also, this makes sense in the case that you forget to sign the package and the parcel is returned back to us.

8: A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all merchandise returned. Thus, 80% of the total cost on the order will be refunded. 
Order Cancellation: The Product Department will begin to make the suit for you within 24 hours after receiving your order. Thus, make sure to cancel your order within 24 hours if you change your mind on the purchase. If the merchandise has been processed, you will not be able to cancel it. If you are determined to cancel the order when we are processing the costume, I cannot refund the full payment of the order to you.
