I have been sending and receiving mail here in Hawaii for almost 14 years now, and believe me when I say I know from experience the value of good packaging, and you will see that for yourself when you receive the exact item won in the photo, as pictured and described in the listing, excellent communication and prompt responses, fast shipping, delivery confirmation, tracking number, and insurance on all items which have a final bid of $100 or more, all included with Shipping Fees and a small Handling Fee, unless the item is specifically listed with free shipping. For personal items, I send from my home in Hawaii within 2 days of completed payment, and use First Class Mail whenever possible for packages up to 13 oz. to the U.S. (First Class International for packages up to 4lbs.) Anything above that, I use Priority Mail Flat Rate Medium and Large size boxes (If it Fits, It ships for one price up to 70lbs) to keep shipping rates as low as possible for you, with no sur-charges or hidden added handling fees. Listings will state whether or not if the item is a personal item “in hand”. Some of my items are pre-order sale items shipped warehouse-direct from various wholesale suppliers in different locations. Shipping time is listed as 7-20 days for me because of the hand manufactured Cosplay costumes that I am now featuring in my booth. Most other items will ship within 3-5 days of completed payment. I use quality brown warehouse-style packing paper and quality plastic and bubble wrap so that your package is guaranteed to arrive safely from across the sea. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, but please, please, please, do not send me any messages asking me to include shipping or side offers. Shipping is shipping and it is what it is, and me being in Hawaii, I have to pay it for my own purchases as well, and most places online won’t even ship TO Hawaii. Feedback is very important to me, so please contact me first before leaving negative feedback if there is a problem, so I may have a chance to rectify the situation. I always leave positive feedback, no matter what, and resolve all issues to the best of my ability to avoid negative strikes.
I generally do not accept returns unless I really goof up and send the wrong item, but that does not mean I will not work with you if you are not completely satisfied; I only ask that you please contact me before leaving negative feedback, and I will work to resolve the situation to your satisfaction to the best of my ability. Feedback is important to me and all sellers, as it helps you determine who to buy from, and I always leave positive feedback no matter the outcome of any resolution. I understand sometimes sellers can be held accountable for mistakes made by their suppliers, and should not always be held accountable by leaving negative feedback.
Full Payment for the item(s) won is due within 5 days of auction closing or the item(s) will either be re-listed, sold to the next highest bidder, or held in back stock, whichever comes first, and a non-payment dispute will be opened. I accept money orderws, direct checking deposits, and best of all Google Checkout for the fastest, safest, and most convenient way of order processing. Please note that if you pay by money order, it will extend the order processing and handling time by approximately 10 days.
My descriptions are as dead on accurate and as honestly researched, detailed and described as I can think to make them, so that the item you bid on and win is exactly the item you receive. Email messages with requests to send an invoice with my best offer including shipping will be automatically deleted and not responded to, so please don’t waste your time and mine. The item is listed for a reason. Just bid on it and hope you win it, or Buy Now if appropiate at the time. I DO NOT, CAN NOT, AND WILL NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING UNLESS IT IS SO STATED IN THE LISTING! I really take the time on my research and make an honest effort to find matching or at least similar products to ensure that my descriptions are as accurate as possible so as not to mislead anyone. I test what I can and am able to, and throw out what does not work unless it might have some parts value, in which case I would list as “for parts or not working”. I generally do not accept returns, but I would never knowingly send a faulty non-working product, and I am not in the market of misleading people or misrepresenting products, and no copyright infringement is intended in any of my listings. If this turns out to be the case, please contact me immediately before leaving negative feedback and I will try to work something out. Seller is not responsible for issues involving incompatibility on software and PC games and accessories, as devices are read differently on all systems, and no returns are accepted for these types of items, and are usually sold AS IS. I am selling out, and all is going for good until gone. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that he/she has the necessary hardware, drivers and devices, downloads, patches, etc. to run any types of computer products won from me. If you are not sure whether or not your system will run these parts, please do not buy; I would not want you to be disappointed. Factory Sealed Brand New products do not qualify for returns of any kind if they have been opened unless I really goof and send the wrong item.
