This ring is made from Sterling Silver and Red Lab Opal and the stone in the center is a Ovel shaped CZ. Which looks like a perfect diamond. Ella is from the Navajo Nation. I have a size 6. Be sure that you are a size 6 as this ring  can not be sized because of the inlays. The widest part of the ring is 1/2" and tapers down. The inlays go half way around the ring.
