Standard Shipping
All orders are generally shipped via USPS however, U Culture reserves the right to use other vendors to best suit our shipping needs. Please allow 4-7 business days for ground shipping. Your shipping charge is subject to vary depending on the weight of your package.

Expedited Shipping
Is available to mainland USA customers only. Additional Shipping fees apply.

International shipping
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination.

Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. You the customer are responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. We cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be.

 
RETURNS

Returns Policy
NO Returns, Exchanges ONLY. You may exchange an item within 14 days of receipt for another item.

All Sale items are FINAL sales. No Exchanges.

Products must be in the condition you received them, with the Tags attached. Shipping & handling is not refundable for exchanges. The customer assumes all shipping charges back to U Culture.
