A mouthguard (also known as a mouth protector, mouth piece or gum shield) is a protective device for the mouth that covers the teeth and gums to prevent and reduce injury to the teeth, arches, lips and gums. Mouthguards are most often used to prevent injury in contact sports, as a treatment for bruxism or TMD, or as part of certain dental procedures, such as tooth bleaching.

How to Use: Clean and boil the gum shield in 90°C (centi-degree) water about 30 seconds, put it in mouth bite keep 30 seconds by teeth, then take out and put in the cold water to shaper, check the shape and modify to fit.
