Product Availability: UN Investments, Inc. does not guarantee product availability. This information is updated frequently, but if the product is out-of-stock/back ordered after the time of purchase, we will immediately notify you and provide a full refund. We receive daily notices from our warehouses on products that are out-of-stock/back ordered or discontinued, these changes are applied to UN Investments, Inc. upon receipt. Even with these daily updates, there may be instances when an order is placed for an item that is unavailable. In these instances, UN Investments, Inc. will notify you via e-mail, and issue a refund for the amount of the unavailable item. Out-of-stock/back ordered items, on an average, will be available once again within two to three weeks. In most cases, an approximate availability date will be provided on the e-mail notification you receive. Claiming Damages and Returns: UN Investments, Inc. takes great pride in the quality of the products we offer. To insure quality is what you as a customer receives, great care is taken when packaging your merchandise. Unfortunately there is no way to guarantee that every item will be delivered in perfect condition. We do not accept returns at this time, but soon in the future. Product Packaging & Shipping: All items are packaged in a corrugated container. Top quality packaging materials are used to protect your merchandise while in transit. We do try to take all necessary steps to insure the safety of each item shipped. Each item has been weighed before being packaged and sealed, in most instances; the packaging materials and container add approximately one (1) additional pound to the total weight of your purchase. Shipping Method: UN Investments, Inc. ships through United Parcel Service's (UPS) and United States Postal Service. UN Investments, Inc. recommends that you provide us with a physical street address, so your transactions can be completed fully and thoroughly. This will enable us to insure your package and allows for the most cost-effective shipping option. Delivery Timeline: You should receive your order no later than 14 business days from the date the order was placed on UN Investments, Inc. This allows for 24 to 48 hours to package and process your order. In the unlikely event your order is delayed, UN Investments, Inc. will contact you immediately via e-mail or phone.
