Refunds are available if all sent packages are returned complete and unopened within 14 days of shipment.

Retail - These
products you will see on a retail store shelf. Packages include
accessories and bundled software advertised by manufacturer.
They are intended for an end-user.
OEM (Original Equipment
Manufacturer), Bulk - OEM products include the
product and sometimes the drivers, but not much else. They are
packaged generically and do not include software. OEM products
are best-suited for system builders who don't require
documentation or bundled accessories. Bulk products only include
the product itself, but nothing else. Both OEM products and Bulk
products comes with standard manufacture warranty.
Manufacture Refurbished
- Products are refurbished to the exact manufacturer
specifications by the original manufacturer in a certified
refurbishing center. Products may be used or unused and have
been cleaned, quality checked and tested, they have been
serviced if needed by the manufacturer's certified center.
Manufacture Refurbished products may or may not have minor
cosmetic blemishes, and may or may not come with all accessories
in the brand new retail box. All Manufacture Refurbished
products carry the manufacture warranty.
(The Lenovo refurbished computers
and the HP refurbished computers generally are not used
computers that have been in use more than 21 days of the invoice
date. In fact, most of them are cancelled orders or customer
return units, others are overstocks, evaluation units, and older
discontinued products. All refurbished computers are tested and
if necessary, non-working components are replaced with new
working parts. All computers are brought up to fully functional
condition, and there is no visible scratch or abrasion on
primary viewing planes unless they are indicated as "Dents and

Lenovo/HP refurbished computer are covered by the complete

3rd Party Refurbished
- Products are refurbished by a 3rd part facility, not the
original manufacturer. These products may have minor cosmetic
blemishes due to normal usage. Products have been tested to
ensure that they are are fully functional. And the products
generally have never had any major defects. Products may or may not
come with Manual, Batteries or Back up Disks, unless indicated.
The 3rd Party Refurbished products only come with the 3rd
party's warranty.
Open Box - This is
new product in the original packaging but has been opened and
possibly used for a short time, usually a demonstration unit.
The products ARE NOT refurbished/reconditioned. Since the
products can not be advertised as Retail product, they are sold
as 'Open Box'. Because the products originate from different
situations, they may or may not include accessories,
documentation or retail packaging. Open Box products can only
be returned for refund within 5 days of the package delivered
date.We strongly recommend that you try out your Open Box product
immediately after receiving it.
Used - The products
have been used by the end customers. You can expect the unit
itself to perform as new. However, the products may be reboxed
in our own packaging. Products have normal
wear-and-tear/dents-and-scratches, unless indicated. In some
cases, some of the parts or accessories are missing. The
products may or may not carry manufacture warranty.
