We prefer eBays recommended method of PayPal. We also accept postal orders and personal cheques.
If purchasing multiple items please order the items you would like and continue to checkout where we will look to combine delivery costs.
Unfortunately if no payment is received within 7 days of the end of the auction then an unpaid item dispute will be opened. Shoes are dispatched in their branded box, unless stated otherwise.
We kindly ask that all customers ensure that they are using a Pay pal account with a 'Confirmed Address' status. Any items won by a bid from an 'Unconfirmed Address' Pay pal account will be subject to our standard fraudulent order checking, which could lead to a delay or even cancellation of your order.
We will dispatch to a UK address within 2 working days of payment being received, items will be dispatched Monday to Friday during normal working hours. Your order will be delivered between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery should be within 3-4 working days of payment being received. Payment for items won should be made through Paypal within 7 days of the end of the auction. Consolidated shipping is available on up to 10 items, but all items must still be paid for in the 7 day window given.
Unfortunately; we are unable to deliver to PO BOX or BFPO addresses.

Unfortunately, items purchased from eBay cannot be returned to our high street stores.
Items must be returned, unworn, in a saleable condition* in their original box in a secure outer packaging, such as a consignment bag or outer box, within 14 days of purchase.
We will contact you once we have received and processed your refund. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty or the wrong item has been shipped. Refunds can only be made to the same Paypal ID that issued the original payment.
A refund will be issued within 3-5 working days of receipt of the returned item. We kindly ask you to wait at least 5 working days from date of sending before contacting us regarding the status of your refund.
All goods returned as faulty will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If we deem the item to be faulty a full credit will be issued, including an additional refund through Paypal for return postage. This process can take up to five working days from receipt of return.
When returning goods, please use a signed-for or registered service from the Post Office for your own safety. We are unable to accept a proof of purchase receipt, as this is not proof of delivery.
*Saleable condition means that shoes must be returned in the same condition they were received as, unworn in their original box, with any original tags and packaging. When trying shoes for fit, please wear indoors on a carpeted surface only.
