Item is the 1982 American Motors Eagle 4-WD new vehicle brochure.  You would never accuse AMC of being lavish or extravagant with their sales materials.  This is colorful four-page brochure -- produced on a lightweight coated paper.  Full of information, AMC-philes will find standard features, EPA fuel economy figures, options, axle ratios, model availability, engine choices and dimensions/capacities.

The overall condition of the brochure is excellent.
