Item is the 1984 Jeep Cherokee/Wagoneer Sportwagon new vehicle brochure. Without realizing it back in 1984, the former American Motors Corporation (AMC) introduced the first product of the modern SUV craze with the debut of the 1984 Jeep Cherokee. Offered by the modest automaker in base Cherokee, Cherokee Chief, Cherokee Pioneer, Wagoneer and, Wagoneer Limited models, the compact SUV would survive two companies (AMC and Chrysler), and an all-new SUV (the Grand Cherokee was supposed to replace it in 1993) before its swan song in 2001 (finally replaced by the all-new Jeep Liberty in 2002).
This large (11x11 inch), 23-page brochure is in very good condition with plenty of features, dimensions and specification information -- starting on page 16.
