| Payment | We accept PayPal payments . There are no restrictions regarding payment. |
| Fees | We do not charge any other fees in addition to the shipping and handling charges as listed. However, successful bidders that live outside of the United States or Canada are encouraged to check with us regarding the cost of shipping and handling as they may be different from what is posted for US/Canada shipments. |
| Shipping | We typically ship by US Media Mail for shipments within the United States or US airmail letter to points outside the US. Shipping charges are fixed with discounts available to successful bidders who will be receiving more than one item at a time from us. |
| Delivery | We often ship on the same day as the payment is received. |
| Refunds & Returns | A refund may be considered for items damaged in transit to the buyer. The buyer should notify us IMMEDIATELY upon discovery of the damaged item. We allow such claims to be made within seven days of receipt of the item. Items should be shipped back via FedEX -- billed to our account number. |

The second best way is our regular email - We attempt to respond to all email correspondance within 24 hours or by the next business day. Typically we are open normal business hours -- 9 am to 6 pm Central Standard Time Monday-Saturday. We are typically closed on the first Saturday of each month and all Sundays. |
