Item is the 2001 Lincoln Image Portfolio. This oversized (13 x 9 ½ inch) spiral bound 41-page portfolio was developed by Ford’s Lincoln Mercury Division to assist American Lincoln dealers in creating a dealership facility worthy of the “Lincoln Premier Experience” that they were developing.
This Image Portfolio was designed to help a Lincoln dealership prepare to become certified in “Image for the 2001 model year”. The guide, like the image requirements, focuses on four essential topics: Clean, Uncluttered, and Accessible Dealership Facilities; Customer Contact Personnel Appearance; Print Advertising; and Brand Signage.
Each section provides detailed descriptions of the specific criteria required for each of the four areas. Also included are a number of photographs to give the dealership a better understanding of the various certification requirements.
The Lincoln Premier Experience is an initiative designed to help Lincoln become a stronger competitor in the premium luxury marketplace, and the Image certification requirements for the 2001 model year are an important part in establishing Lincoln as an enduring premium automotive brand.
