Item is the 1990 Ford Motor Company PreDelivery Process Study Guide. This 16-page booklet was designed by Ford's Parts & Service Division to aid the dealership personnel with the requirements of a successful vehicle delivery.
The study guide provides an outline of the major topics covered in the Pre-Delivery Process video as well as practice exercises for group or individual use and a mastery Test to check the participant's understanding of the course material.
It should be noted that this is just the workbook to course no. 290-MV which is on videotape (which is not included with this study guide), titled: Pre-Delivery Process Videotape
The condition of the study guide is excellent.
