5. Beyond Cars - B40BC.M5P
While there was a Customer Satisfaction Survey at the end of each section, this used book has those pages torn out (but included together at the back of the workbook) by the Buick salesman who used this book to take the courses.
Other than the evaluation sheets that the sales professional tore out and completed at the back of the workbook, the overall condition of the booklet is very good.
