Item is the 1955 Ford Parts Sales Manager’s Manual. Produced by the Ford Motor Company for the local Ford dealership parts manager, this eight chapter, spiral bound manual was developed to help the Parts Manager do his job more efficiently and with greater productivity. The manual contains much worthwhile information obtained during several years of field research.
The eight chapters are as follows: Role of the Parts Manager, Analysis, Operation, Merchandising, Expenses, Personnel, Stock and Facilities.
As an added bonus, Ford also included a reprint of its 28-page Guide to Group Training in Ford Dealerships at the back of the manual.
This is NOT a reprint or reproduction, but the actual manual as provided to Ford Dealerships across the United States back in 1955.
Given that fact, the manual is in remarkable condition for its age.
