Item is the 1970 Ford Truck Shop Manual - Volume 3 & 4 - Body and Electrical. Produced by Ford Service Publications, the manual is actually divided into four volumes covering five areas: Chassis (vol. #1); Engine (vol. #2); Body and Electrical ( vol. 3&4); and Maintenance & Lubrication (vol. #5).
These volumes are designed to provide the Ford Service Technician with complete information covering normal service repairs on all 1970 model trucks built by the Ford Motor Company in the US and Canada.
As changes in the product occur, this information was updated by Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) which supersedes the information published in this manual.
This manual series covers the following Ford Truck models: Bronco, Club Wagon, Econoline, B-Series, C-Series, F-Series, L-Series LN-Series, P-Series, LT-Series and W-Series.
Within each volume, information is grouped by system or component plus “General Service” parts which contain information which is common to several similar components.
The Table of Contents on the first page of each volume indicates the general content of the book and provides a handy tab locater to make it easy to find the first page of each “Group”. That page will contain an index to “Parts” and the first page of each “Part” contains a detailed index which gives page location for each service operation covered. Page numbers are consecutive in each “Part”.
This is a manual that was used in the day to day operations of an actual Ford dealership, not a reproduction or a reprint!
The overall condition of the book is good for its age.
