Giclee print of a naïve painting in the tradition of Christian Orthodox style of Eastern Europe.
Naïve paintings are often produced in isolation from each other and with little influence from traditional art production concepts. Such paintings are relatively less sophisticated than the comparative period Orthodox art and lack conventional expertise in representational skills. Naïve paintings stand out with bright and non-naturalistic colors, non-scientific perspectives, and a childlike or literal-minded vision.
Additional notes: Print has a 1 - 2 white border going around the printed area, it is not stretched or framed, and will be shipped in a secure post tube. Printing and handling time takes up to 10 days.
Detail Specifications regarding the canvas print:
Professional grade bright white, poly-cotton canvas. The poly-cotton weave provides more resistance to humidity and shrinkage over time. The acid free coating offers improved ink saturation and better contrast over most regular canvases.
