Detailed Description | This is a sculpture of a large brown bear climbing a the root of a tree. There are some plant elements. Item is originally from Eastern Europe; I’m told it was brought over to US about 20 years ago, but considering its classic form I think it was carved decades earlier. The carving is in good condition, beautiful esthetic lines, many details, there’s a small chip below left ear, no chips, defects or cracks. For additional photos or questions please email me.
