Typographical Errors
In the event that a Vogue Attitude product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Vogue Attitude reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Vogue Attitude reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Vogue Attitude shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Vogue Attitude without notice at any time, for any reason. Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Vogue Attitude or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. Delivery time for garments
The outfits and other items are delivered within listed time frame however we cannot guarantee a time frame. An order is not allowed to be cancelled because we could not deliver within provided time frame. These are only estimated timeframes and may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods. Final delivery time will depend on the product you are buying. Please contact customer service for more information on delivery timeframe before placing your order.



Express shipping service
Express shipping is available on only certain items, please contact our Customer service department to find out further information.



Shipping Charges
These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page you will be informed of the final delivery charges. During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.



Customs/Duties/Taxes
When ordering goods from vogueattitude.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from vogueattitude.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.



Returns Policy for Garments
Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our website by email, phone or fax. Vogueattitude.com will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in record so that if special case arrives we first investigate it by checking measurements from our record. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we'll try our best to accommodate your request but you will be responsible for any related shipping costs. Unstitched garments may be exchange for a store credit. Please contact our customer service department for further instructions.



Returns Policy for other Items
You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. The Jewelry and Fragrances cannot be refunded if the packaging has been removed and is subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the original Price. There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

Order Cancellation or Amendments
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from thereceipt of the order. Any ammendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which willbe determined after reviewing the requested changes.
Order may be cancelled within 12 hours from the receipt of the order.  No Refunds will be granted for cancelling order after 12 hours.
