Return Policy

 

We at WatchTime LLC are proud to provide our customers with a 14 day 100% satisfaction guaranteed* return policy from  time of delivery. If you feel that the watch you received is not to your satisfaction, please contact us at [email protected] for a RMA number. We will email you instructions how to return your watch. Any watch returned without a RMA number will not be accepted, and returned to the customer at the customers expense. Watches that are not in the original condition which it was received will not be accepted. Please make sure when returning a watch, that all literature including any booklets, manuals, and warranty cards along with the manufacturers packaging are included with the watch. All shipping charges are the customers responsibility. If the watch shows any sign of wear including scratches or markings, removal of links, missing tags or any missing  plastic protection, the return will not be accepted and the watch will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. Because we are an authorized dealer, all our watches come with a 1 year manufacture warranty. This covers repairs due to failure or breakdown of the movement and all its components, as well as the crown, dial, markers, hands and water resistant pressure, it does not cover scratches to the crystal, case, metal band, leather, microfiber, or rubber straps or any damage that results from normal wear and tear.
