Shipping Information
Veils are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Most other items are shipped UPS or FedEx ground. After your order is processed your item will be prepared for shipping. Ground delivery is usually about 7 business days, however that may vary depending on your location and other factors. If you need something quickly please contact us! Express shipping is available for most items we carry, additional fees will apply. It is very important to plan on a minimum 14 day turn around. Items may arrive sooner, however we suggest you plan on a 2 week minimum to be on the safe side.

Our manufacturers have excellent reputations and are very prompt in processing orders. Usually an order can be processed for shipping with-in 3-4 business days. We will notify you when your item has shipped, and we will keep track of your package status and send you updates.

Our Products and Inventory
Some items we keep in stock, however most items are ordered directly from the manufacturer. Bridal shops traditionally carry samples for viewing and order new merchandise for the bride. Our vendors keep us updated regularly on back orders and discontinued items. We update our system daily. If by some slim chance your item has been discontinued or placed on back order, we will notify you immediately, and will refund your payment.
