    Shipping Information

         Veils are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Most other items are shipped UPS or FedEx ground. After your order is processed your item will be prepared for shipping. Ground delivery is usually 7 business days, however that may vary depending on your location and other factors.  If you need something quickly please contact us, we will check the time frame and get back to you. Express shipping is available for most items we carry at an additional cost.

         Allow 3 to 4 additional days for personalized items.

         Our manufacturers have excellent reputations and are very prompt in processing orders. Usually an order can be processed     for shipping with-in 3-4 business days. We will notify you when your item has shipped and we will keep track of your package  status and send you updates.

      Payment Options

         Pay with your credit card even if you do not have a paypal account! Simply follow the instructions at check-out.

         Our Products and Inventory

         Some items we keep in stock, however most items are ordered directly from the manufacturer. Bridal shops traditionally carry samples for viewing and order new untouched merchandise for the bride. It is very important to plan on a minimum 14 day turn around. Items may arrive sooner, however we always suggest a 2 week minimum.

         Our vendors keep us updated regularly on back order and discontinued items and we update our system daily. If by chance your item has suddenly been discontinued or placed on back order we will notify you immediately and refund your payment.
