This cutting board is built of End-grain Alder with a waterproof adhesive (Titebond III). End-grain cutting boards are more resistant to knife marks than the usual cutting board and they also keep your knifes sharper. The board will be similar to the one pictured, differing in size and grain appearance. This board measures 26 x 23 x 1.5". It has been sanded to a very smooth finish and treated with a food safe wood sealer (Mineral Oil). This board will ship in about 10 business days after payment.
