One of the first home party marketing companies, Coppercraft Guild decorative items made of copper were sold from the mid 1950's through the 1970's. This plaque one of series commemorating various occupations from colonial times by showing workers in period shop settings...in this case, a carpenter. Design and colonial style framing raised in 3-dimensional bas relief with antiqued finish to differentiate it from flat, polished copper backing. Piece measures 9.5" square. Coppercraft Guild sticker on back along with metal hanging ring. In excellent vintage condition, plaque could use good cleaning. Will ship parcel post or priority mail.
