Philadelphia Inquirer Supplement, April 7, 1949. 17pp. 11"x 14". Full page color illustrations of prepared food from recipes included in the insert, a two-page fold out of the family at a buffet dinner.  Cover bears a very 1940's illustration of a man carving a turkey at the dinner table. 

An average of 5 scrumptious recipes per page plus kitchen hints such as a) how to file recipes, b) carving meat, c) roasting time tables for various meats, and d) full dinner menu ideas.

This RARE insert is in very good condition with no missing pages.  No marks, smudges or tears. Very minor yellowing of page edges.
