Pursuit 3100 Offshore Introduced in 2004 The Pursuit 3100 Offshore is a redesign of the company’s popular 3000 Express, a strong-running fishing boat that’s also a capable cruiser. The resemblance between the two boats is unmistakable, but it’s the Offshore’s stylish single-piece windshield and modern vacuum-bagged construction that sets her apart from her predecessor. Built on a deep-V hull with prop pock- ets, the 3100′s uncluttered cockpit is arranged with a fold-down rear seat, and large in-deck fish box forward of the transom. A livewell is located just aft of the portside lounge seat, while a sink and icemaker is positioned abaft the helm seat. For engine access, the entire aft section of the bridge deck raises on electronic rams. Below, the 3100 sleeps four with an angled double berth forward and a starboard dinette that converts into a second berth. A teak- and-holly sole adds a stylish tone to the cabin, and the compact galley comes with a microwave and refrigerator. Like all Pursuit products, the finish of the 3100 Offshore can only be described as exemplary.
