The item should be returned in the same condition it was sent to you in (tags attached or unsealed package, if applicable) or refund will not be given. I will give the refund minus S & H fees after I have received the item. If free shipping was offered, the actual cost of the S & H charges will be deducted from refund. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
