Refunds are only for phones that have been damaged or our not working properly (electrical issue). Buy adding this to your cart, you agree on a contract length of 2 years. This document may be used in court and you are responsiable for Blitz Mobiles court fees. If you plan on cancelling this account you must pay a fee of $150 per line plus the phone usage that you have used. And the end of your 2 year contract you may re-sign a 2 year contract in which the same terms apply.
