This is a brand new Neutrogena Microdermabrasion System for the Body, Chest and Feet however it does not include the Body Resurfacing Cream.  It does include the System applicator, 2 attachment heads (Foam Sponge Head for body and Polishing Triangle Head for Feet), 2 AA batteries and the original box it came in although the box has a few water stains on it.  The items are all new and sealed in its original wrapping.  I had another system and used the cream from this one.  You could find the refills pretty much anywhere at any drugstore, discount department store as well as right here on ebay! This is an awesome set and does wonders to rujevenate your skin. It also:
