These bags are made by Ndebele women in northern South African using imported silk. The Ndebele is one of the smallest of the seven tribes in South Africa.   We work with several different cooperatives in South Africa which are using native crafts to help women and HIV positive individuals to be financially independent.  A great gift for yourself or someone else!
