CONDITION

This is one of my pre-owned laptop(s). It is in great overall condition showing normal but little to no noticeable wear, scuff or scratch marks, the LCD screen is in excellent condition bright and sharp, no noticeable scratches and no bad pixels.

I offer free shipping on laptop's, your laptop is packaged for safe secure shipping. I want you to receive your laptop in the same excellent working condition it was sent in. Shipping includes the actual cost of shipping, insurance, packaging material and other expenses associated with this transaction, they are a added value to you. Shipping and packaging is not cheap. So I hope your comfortable with the no shipping costs to you.

Please note: An adult signature will be required at delivery, this is for your protection. If no one is available at delivery the shipper may require you to pick up the package at their location.

Great care is taken to package your laptop so it is not damaged in transit. In the extremely rare event you do receive your laptop damaged you must keep the box, all packaging material and all included item's as received if a damage claim is to be filled. All refunds for shipping damages or missing packages are paid through the USPS only! Contact Postmaster immediately.  All laptop's are packaged extremely well and I have lost only one to shipping damage in the 3 + years I have been on eBay.

eBay message is sent with shipping and tracking info for all packages without exception. Please check your spam or bulk email folder in your registered  eBay email account, emails are automatically generated from the shipper, please adjust your spam filter accordingly. Shipping and tracking info is also available from the "View Order Details" link on the auction page once your item has been shipped.

PAYMENT

Paypal is the only online payment method accepted.

Payment must be sent at the end of the auction within 8 hours for your purchase.

Full payment is due within 8 hours.

Paypal payments with unconfirmed shipping address' or un-verified accounts may be refunded at our discretion.

TERMS

This laptop is sold with a DOA warranty only, warranty does not cover compatibility issues. All sales are final and refunds are only given if the laptop can not be repaired or an exact replacement laptop is not available within 2 business days of return.

Barebones laptop's are not intended for the novice user, you must have the ability to install the missing components and software necessary to make the laptop work. Items returned damaged by incorrect installation, improper handling, insufficient packaging or modified will not be refunded. Items returned for any reason other than defective or defective returns found to be in proper working order or as described in the item description above will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges. The laptop must be returned in the same condition as received with all included items, return shipping insurance is required for your protection. All items sold in working or tested good condition are fully tested in a static controlled environment.

All shipping and handling charges besides the first free shipping  are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable except for any covered warranty service.
