You are purchasing a Brilliant Uncirculated 1982-D Quarter. I was fortunate to get an uncirculated roll of these recently. As you probably nkow, these are tough to find in circulated condition let alone UNCIRCULATED.
There were no Mint Sets made in 1982 and 1983 and these quarters are nearly impossible to find uncirculated.
