Returns & Guarantee: At Zig's we are extremely proud of our dedication to complete customer satisfaction. We accept all returns, however, the item must be unused and in its original packaging and within 30 days of shipment. We cannot accept any returns without this number. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all and any accessories. Information we need to process your return is as follows: • Order Number • Name and Current email address and phone number • Your reason for returning the item All returns that are not the fault of Zig's Auto, Inc. will be charged a 15% restocking fee. A return RMA number and return shipping info will be emailed to you. Once you receive your RMA number, you can return your product with any shipping company that offers a tracking number. While we cannot control/guarantee transit time, we find that in most cases it averages about 2-3 business days from us to you. Special order parts may take longer to ship.
