Payment via Money Order: Send Payment via regular mail. There is almost never anyone available to sign when the mail is delivered, therefore letters sent that requires a signature will be returned.
Backorders: Backorders are very rare but do happen from time to time since we sell to the general public. If a item is backordered the customer will have the option for a full refund or they can choose to wait till the item is back in stock. We will notify you via email if the order is Backordered.
Store Return Policy: All items must be return within 14-days from the date RMA number is issued (Contact us for RMA: Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please note that we do not pay the shipping amount involved in returning goods, unless the error was made by us. 20% restocking fee apply to all returns. Cancellations: Order that are cancelled by the customer after payment but not shipped will be charged a 10% cancellation charge on the entire order.
Shipping: Items are shipped ground delivery via UPS, FedEx and sometimes we ship via the Postal Service within the 48 contiguous United States. Please allow 2-10 days for delivery. We will not ship any packages to P.O.Box addresses.
