Backorders: Backorders are very rare but do happen from time to time since we sell to the general public. If a item is backordered the customer will have the option for a full refund or they can choose to wait till the item is back in stock. We will notify you via email if the order is Backordered.
Store Return Policy: All return subject to 30% restocking fee. All items must be return within 14-days from the date RMA number is issued (Contact us for RMA: Return Merchandise Authorization number).
