What is the Vendio Community?The Vendio Community is a series of message boards which allow our members to post messages and respond to each other in a threaded message format.
There are four auction-related boards, which consist of Amazon.com Auctions, The eBay Outlook, Yahoo! Auctions, and Other Online Auctions. These forums are intended for discussions involving the corresponding auction sites.
The Vendio Services forums are for questions and answers about Vendio services. These forums are monitored by Cusotmer Service personnel, and generally your questions will be answered here in a timely manner if posted between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific weekdays, and between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm Pacific on weekends. Note that the Vendio Feedback forum is for feedback only, and is not a Q & A forum.
The Vendio Partner Services forum is for discussion concerning Vendio partners.
The Vendio Round Table forum is for general discussion concerning non-auction related topics.

Are the Community message boards free to use?Yes, the message boards are free of charge, however, you must have a credit card on file with us in order to post messages. The message boards are read-only without a credit card on file.

How do I post a new message thread?To post a new thread, login, click on the Community link at the top of the page, and click into the forum in which you would like to post your thread. You will see a 'Post New Topic' link at the top of the topic list on the righthand side. Click this link, enter your subject (topic title) and message, then click the 'Post New Topic' button on the bottom of the list.
Note that there may be a slight delay while our system updates. If you click 'back' and click the 'Post New Topic' button again, you will post duplicate threads.

How do I reply to an existing message thread?To respond to an ongoing message thread, click the thread topic (you will now be in the thread and you will see all messages posted). You will see a "Post Reply" link above the first message and below the last message on the thread page you are on. Click 'Post Reply', enter your message, and then click 'Post Reply'.
As with posting a new thread, if you click the Back button and click 'Post Reply' again, you will post duplicate messages.

How do I search the message boards?At this time, there is no search tool for the message boards. An alternative is to use Ctrl-F to find a keyword in a thread title or within a thread.

Are there any rules and regulations? Are the message boards moderated?Although our message boards are for the most part unmoderated, we do expect our Community members to adhere to the Community Guidelines outlined in our User Agreement. Any violation of our Community Guidelines is subject to action by Vendio personnel. You may view the User Agreement here.

If I see something that I feel violates the Community Guidelines, what do I do?Please feel free to contact us if you feel that a post or member had violated the Community Guidelines. Note that we cannot guarantee that we will take action on issues reported to us by our members.
