Well, as I've indicated, I'm staying. Frankly most of the paranoia about the CC situation, I don't understand. None of the projections about the potential abuses or diabolical underlying motives make much rational sense to me. And I will state very bluntly, that if posters are willing to give up something so easily, it can't have that great a value for them to begin with.

It may well be that AW will not survive financially, but unless someone has access to their books, that's still a premature judgment. As to being left alone in an empty forum, that's a possibility also, but I don't think it will occur. It's been very slow here before and then built back up. If it does occur, I will stay or leave based upon the evaluation at that time. But then I've never depended upon conventional mass thought to determine my beliefs or values.

I am sympathetic to those who don't have credit cards or have a principle that they feel is inviolable. And of course I will miss some of the people who will leave, even if it is a matter of choice. But as I have no control whatsoever over that, then so be it.

Okay, where it the real KRS and why is he allowing this smarmy, butt-kisser to use his ID?

Watch out, Spaz! He's laying a trap of some kind!
