Thanks? twinsoft for the comment. I do have to stand up in support of Aurora and say that while his (or her) rants are often slogan-infested, he (or she) has NEVER played the White Power Card! Not once! You need to see that, twinsoft. In fact, given Aurora's often stated positions, I'd say that was almost a calculated direct insult to his (or her) beleifs.

you know stusi I read your post about used to support affirmative action with amusement the kind of amusement you would get from seeing a purse snatcher hit by a bus. I tried to explain to you that you have a pattern of allowing force to get out of hand pit bull laws leash laws poop laws tax laws affirmative action tailgates etc then when it turns out to be bogus you and the others like you dance away like a human body with a big corporate smile button for a head on to the next sorry spectacle. the problem is that these expiraments are done with other peoples lives and its not funny. by the way they had anti hate laws in the soviet union for years they were used to jail people for what ever came into some cretins head. We stand at the threshold of a new beginning it can be a miserable bickering onslaught of stupidity like in the middle east or a place where people enjoy liberty and freedom. The danger isn't from some tiny group its from misguided well intentioned people who refuse to think for themselves.

"First, stusi you say, Helen. I really don't care how someone takes my accusation-I stand behind it."
Stusi, you should take care because it is aganist the community guidelines to call anyone a terrorist. Since we are a self moderating group now, I believe it is time to point out to you... as another member tried to do last night, that your accusations are unacceptable under the community guidelines. Calling people ignorant, delusional, hypocrits, thick headed, callous and terrorists all in only one thread is unusual to say the least.
<stusi quote>
For example, you say, " Helen- you said the Palestinians were fighting for freedom, ie.-"freedom fighters"! Anyone who thinks they are an opressed people(by the Israelis) is delusional To call them freedom fighters is being sympathetic to a terrorist cause.
That makes you a terrorist. Please sign in on the TERRORISTS SIGN IN HERE thread."

You are all making some very good points. While I didn't see the original post, one thing I know is that krs, since I've been here, has always posted contraversial topics. Everyone seems to know that. Most of his posts are cut & paste. Everyone seems to know that too. I'm just wondering why, after all these years, this post stuck out as being a post of his own words?
Yes, his posts do stir the pot. I thought that was the idea....to get people to see what's being said and done around them. Personally, I thought the satire in his posts pointed more to the fact that there are some very sick people out there who ARE hateful and stupid enough as to put there feelings into print.
Am I blind?

You didn't see the original post, kraftdinner, so why are you so eager to jump into the fray? Satire? Yeah sure, if hate rhetoric can be classified as satire. And he didn't post the excerpt to point out that the author was hateful and stupid.
I suppose that if I were to copy and paste some hate propaganda from a white supremacist site, y'all would chuckle and find it oh so amusing, and admire the fine points of its satire.
I think not.

Except that there wasn't a bit of hate speech in it. The guy simply pointed out that the Isrealis, particularly the zionist isrealis, have adopted the same tactics in dealing with the palestinians as did the nazis during WW2. So he called them 'jewzis".
Nothing wrong with that.

Oh really? Maybe you mean PBS (Public Broadcasting Station) is a subsidiary of the ADL (Anti-Defamation League). Its biggest contributors are Jews
Careful. Your anti-semitism is showing. Could it be the company you keep?

Katy, I'm certainly not eager to jump in, or I would have earlier. I was just stating (and not judging) that krs tends to post in a certain way, so I was wondering why all the controversy in this particular thread.... especially coming from krs. (??)
Just asking...

KatyD and Stusi: Are either of you Jewish?
For the record.
Assuming that am indeed Jewish, although non-practicing, and I think that every culture is capable of moronism, you still want to beat this drum?

I feel like one lately actually but although it is apparent you run deep you haven't answered my question.
I don't think you are Jewish so why don't you take up the African-American cause. Trust me, Jews don't need you.
