- Oh beside this they are still rounding up relatives who are suspected of knowing where fugitives are and arresting them to force the fugitives in. In the middle east that sort of kidnaping is a favorite government tactic. They promised the Justice Dept. they would stop by have not. They tilted the statistics for murder arrest so bad the FBI now just doesn't use the Detroit numbers in compiling the data. They held one pregnant woman for weeks because they said she MUST know where her husband was hiding.

The SFPD is stonewalling. Refusing to release records, refusing to allow interviews, etc. The so-called "report" that was promised a week ago now will not be released in full at all.
Even assuming that the three off-duty cops are totally innocent of wrongdoing, serious questions remain about the handling of the case. What appears to be a blatant coverup can only increase suspicion towards SFPD and its officers.
As usual, the police are trying to engineer this case into "cops word vs. his word." The whole matter of failure to follow standard operating procedure is being swept under the carpet.
Obviously, the police can not, or will not, investigate their own. I can only hope that public outrage prompts DA Hallinan to pursue this matter. I have very little faith in that happening.

Here is a fourth report of brutality against this rookie cop. Note the claim was made before and is therefore unrelated to Snyder's claim.
To explain the victim's bruises, etc., Fagin claimed the man was intentionally hitting his own head on the ground.
At some point, the circumstantial evidence becomes overwhelming.
(Not to mention the eyewitness accounts of the victims.)
