Stavecards, that's like saying, what concept seperates Pepsi from Coke, or Burger King from McDonalds. Pepsi's product isn't much different from Coke but they attract a "new generation." Burger King's menu is close to McDonalds, but their concept attracts an older generation.
It's possible gegy won't capitalize on their concept, even Burger King get's their own concept messed up and have been losing market share lately, and Pepsi was very close to passing Coke until they forgot what their concept was. That's why I said I'll wait until October opening to pass final judgement, my first assesment is what I saw before betatesting.
Even though you did not see gegy's concept, doesn't mean they don't have one. You may have overlooked some subtle signs.

In retrospect, the Gegy site just didn't have the look of a professional site. Then after seeing the dynamite site Carnaby threw together, Gegy's appears to be a joke! JMHO

When and if gegy begins operations, I am sure most of us will give the new operation a chance to prove itself.
But it will be with great caution and suspician given the earlier contretemps.
It seems to me that restarting the operation while a cloud of mistrust lingers is not very wise.
Remember the saying:
"If the buyers and sellers want to stay away, there is nothing you can do to stop them."

Quickdraw,
You are being asked a simple question. What are the concepts that are unique to Gegy that relate to how the site conducts auctions/sales or how the site operates?
This is not an inquisition. You opened the door by stating that Gegy was unique. It is your opportunity to educate the rest of us by answering the questions as you are definitely in the minority at this time.

I see they've done away with the smiling green faced thing on the web site. ( frog? ) Was that to attract the Sesame Street crowd?

Its most likely to be one person running the show. He's already shown us that he cannot be trusted... And now your going to go there and join his site after the poorly planned stunt that he pulled???
That isn't wise. I wouldn;t give my credit card info to a person or site like that. I'd rather pay eBay's fees first.
