This special report is intended to assist the Japanese audience in more
fully understanding the present policies of the United States under the
administration of President George Bush. It explains the thinking behind
America's military adventure in the Persian Gulf and its current attitudes
toward the Middle East region.
In so doing, we provide a glimpse into the most powerful organization
in America-the Order of Skull & Bones. This secret fraternity is based at
Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, where many of the leading members
of the U.S. govemment and the American intelligence community received their
formal education. The Order, as it is referred to by its members, is a
bastion of White Anglo Saxon Protestant (WASP) culture, which is at the core
of the American 20th century outlook.
The reader will learn that President George Herbert Walker Bush's
concept of the New World Order is an old idea, one which has its origins in
the philosophy and beliefs of the secret Skull & Bones fraternity. Today in
particular, this is the prevailing outlook of the U.S. government, many of
whose most influential members, like the president himself, are part of the
Skull & Bones network. These men seek to recreate the American imperium of
the immediate post-World War II period, an era which President Bush
frequently refers to as "the American Century."
The powerful men of Skull & Bones genuinely believe that they have a
strategic and moral "right" to control world affairs. Consequently, they take
upon themselves the authority to crush any rivalrous threat to U.S. imperial
leadership, whether by current allies, such as Japan, Germany or Great
Britain, or by Cold War adversaries, like the Soviet Union. The members of
the Order, due to their narrow WASP upbringing, view with particular
suspicion the maneuverings of Zionist Israel and its affluent, influential
lobby in the United States.
Bush, his fellow Bonesmen and their like-thinking elitist allies in the
American Establishment see themselves as New World Order warriors, an
American samurai caste of sorts, whose mission is restoring Ameriean
greatness. They intend to utilize the institutional networks of the U.S.
government and key private agencies, such as the New York Council on Foreign
Relations. to advance their purpose.
The Skull & Bones mernbers believe in the idea of "construclive chaos".
By keeping their true policy intentions secret, by constantly sending out
mixed signals on all critical policy issues, they consciously seek to sow
confusion among both their nominal "friends" and "enemies alike.
The fulcrum for the policy of constructive chaos is, at present, the
Middle East situation. Although U.S. military action in the region has for
the time being subsided, America's military power will remain a critical
determinant in the future of that vital zone of conflict. American military
power is aimed at securing undisputed control over the vast reservoir of
oil-not at necessarily fostering any permanent alignment of local states or
combinations of regional interests.

the United States will be first among equals in the New World Order. This is
their goal. It is also the quest of the Bonesmen of the Order of Skull &

THE ORDER OF SKULL & BONES
Skull & Bones was founded at Yale College in New Haven, Connecticut in
1832. It is the oldest and most prestigious of Yale's seven secret societies.
Among the others are: Scroll & Key, Book & Snake, Wolf's Head, Eliahu, and
Berzelius. These fraternities serve as a recruiting ground for young men
destined for careers in government, law, finance and other influential
sectors of American life. Skull & Bones is the elite of the elite among these
secret societies. Only Scroll & Key can claim a near equal influence on
American affairs over the past 160 years.
Unlike the Greek fraternities on most other American university
campuses, Skull & Bones and its similar secret societies exist exclusively at
Yale. They are not part of any nationwide public association. The other elite
Ivy League colleges, Harvard and Princeton have similar e~clusive secret
societies. Yet, even among these few universities, the secret societies of
Yale-led by Skull & Bones-are unchallenged in their influence on American
political affairs.
According to some accounts, the Skull & Bones secret society at Yale
has an underground affiliation with two other societies which were
simultaneously founded at two other locations. The number "322" that appears
under the skull and crossbones on the Order's emblem is believed to indicate
the year of its founding-1832-and the fact that it is the second lodge within
an international system. By some accounts, the lodge holding the number "1"
is in Germany and the lodge numbered "3" is based at another American
college.
Since its founding, Skull & Bones has only inducted about 2,500
members. At any given time, only about 600 or so members of the Order are
alive. This small number underscores the tremendous concentration of power in
the hands of its members.
If the members of Skull & Bones were to select a Hall of Fame from
among their own elite ranks, some of the people whose names would almost
certainly appear at the top of the list would be:
* Alphonso Taft, a founding member of the Order who served as the
Secretary of War under President Rutherford B. Hayes (1876-1880).
* William Howard Taft, the only man to ever serve as both the
President of and Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
* Henry Lewis Stimson, partner in the Wall Street law firm of Root and
Stimson, Secretary of War under President Taft (1908-1912), Governor General
of the Philippines (1926-1928), Secretary of State under President Herbert
Hoover (1929-1933) and Secretary of War under Presidents Franklin Delano
Roosevelt and Harry S. Truman (1940-1946).
* Averell Harriman, investment banker with Brown Brothers Harriman,
director of the Lend-Lease program of the U.S. State Department (1941-1942),
U.S. Ambassador to the Soviet Union (1943-1946), Governor of New York, Under
Secretary of State for Asia (1961-1963), and presidential secret envoy to
Soviet leaders Stalin, Krushchev, Brezhnev and Andropov.
* Robert Lovett, partner in Brown Brothers Harriman, Assistant
Secretary of War for Air (1941-1945), Deputy Secretary of Defense, Secretary
of Defense (1950), leading member of the New York Council on Foreign

The members of the Order of Skull & Bones, true to their firm belief
in "constructive confusion," have intentionallv allowed a series of
conflicting mythologies to spring up about the origins and history of their
secret fraternity.
According to one version of the Order's founding, it was an outgrowth of an
earlier British or Scottish freemasonic grouping first established at All
Soul s College at Oxford University in the late 17th century. Another version
of the history of Skull & Bones is that it grew out of the German
"nationalistic" secret .societies of the early 19th century. Still a third
explanation is that Skull & Bon~s is an uniquely American institution which
adopted some of the rituals of European freemasonry, but molded these rituals
and beliefs into a new form.
Regardless of these conflicting accounts, it can be stated with
certainty that the Order was first established on the Yale campus in 1832 It
was officially incorporated only in 1856 under the name Russell Trust
Association. According to virtually all the available biographical data on
its early members, the money required to sustain the secret order's campus
affairs and its broader role in placing its members into key positions of
influence upon their graduation from Yale, derived from the opium trade in
the Far East. That trade was set up by the British East India Company and was
flourishing by the time the Treaty of Paris was signed in 1783 ending the
American War for Independence. The East India Company during this period was
controlled by the Baring Brothers Bankt (Toward the closing decades of the
l7th century, the British House of Rothschild would supplant the Baring
Brothers as the controlling financial interests in the China opium trade.
Through the sponsorship of the Barings and also the Rothschilds, a
number of leading New England families, some of whom had sided with Great
Britain during the American Revolution, were brought into the opium trade as
junior partners. These merchant families ran fleets of clipper ships and
became in many cases fabulously wealthy as the result of their asscoiation
with the British East India Company. Among these key New England merchant
families were; Cabot, Coolidge, Forbes, Higginson, Sturgis, Lodge, Lowell,
Perkins and Russell.
These New England merchant families founded the United Fruit Company
and the Bank of Boston. The founding families of Skull & Bones included the
Russell and Perkins families, Over several generations, however, all these
families heavily intemarried and became, in effect, one extended power
grouping.
William Huntington Russell incorporated Skull & Bones as the Russell
Trust Association. Throughout the 20th century, the Russell Trust Association
listed the New York City headquarters of Brown Brothers Harriman as its
address.
Russell was valedictorian of his class at Yale in 1833. He and his Skull &
Bones comrades considered themselves to be a special elite among the merchant
banking and Puritan pilgrim elite of Yale. They took the Puritan beliefs of
the early New England settlers, that they were "elected by God," and
pre-ordained to rule North America.
The founding of Yale College in 1701 pre-dates the Amencan Revolution
by several generations. Many of the founders of Yale were righteous men of
the Puritan heritage who devoutly believed in God and country. Some of these
patriotic souls later made up the core of Benjamin Franklin's political
coalition which ultimately broke with the mother country, Great Britain. Many
graduates of Yale were active in the American Revolution and the founding of
the United States.
Two critics of the Order, historian Antony Sutton and investigative
journalist Ron Rosenbaum (himself a Yale graduate), both concluded that Skull
& Bones has degenerated since its founding and has taken on more of the
occult and ritualistic trappings of the majority of European freemasonic and
illuminati secret societies. Sutton charges that the Order is secretly known
among its initiates as the "Brotherhood of Death" and has become an evil
instrument in the hands of America's secret power elite. Rosenbaum claims
that the society's Germanic origins are inherently wicked and pre-Nazi.
In a long 1977 article in Esquire magazine, Rosenbaum charged that the
Skull & Bones building on the Yale campus houses remnants from Hitler's
private collection of silver. While these stories cannot be dismissed out of
hand, it must be noted that authors Rosenbaum and Sutton may be biased. As a
young Jewish student at Yale, Rosenbaum was almost automatically excluded on
religious grounds from the inner sanctum of the campus's secret societies.
Sutton, a British-born eccentric historian, proudly admits his strong British
biases, frequently citing philosopher John Stuart Mill as the spiritual
mentor in his book on the Order.
Despite the possible personal biases in these two accounts of the
history of the Order of Skull & Bones, it must be acknowledged that the
membership of the society has tended over generations to converge upon a
small group of New England families who have intermarried and then sponsored
their sons and nephews into the Order. This kind of inbreeding always tends
to produce narrow-mindedness and prejudice against outsiders, which can be a
serious shortcoming, particularly among individuals responsible for charting
the course of a nation as powerful as the United States.
It can be documented by comparing the family charts of the early
Bonesmen that there is today a core group of no more than 20 to 30 families
who form the nucleus of the Order. The majority are old-line Puritan families
who came to North America in the very first wave of settlers in the 17th
century. Among these prominent families are: Whitney, Lord, Phelps.
Wadsworth, Allen, Bllndy, Adams, Stimson, Taft, Gilman and Perkins. A second
group of families in the Skull & Bones core earned fabulous fortunes during
the 18th and 19th centuries and thus won a rite of passage into the New
England elite, even though they were not among the earliest settlers. The
leading Skull & Bones families in this second category are: Harriman,
Rockefeller, Payne, Davison, Pillsbury and Weyerhauser.
A few of the Jewish banking families who made their way from Germany to
the United States during the 18th and l9th centuries were eventually granted
limited access to the WASP inner sanctums. Some families, like the Schiff,
Warburg, Guggenheim and Meyer families, were unofficially designated as
intermediaries between the New England WASPs and their cousins in London.
This was especially true after the Rothschild interests supplanted the
Anglican Baring group as the most powerful financial cabal in the City of
London. Some of these German Jewish families became so absorbed into the WASP
or Anglican society that they eventually converted from Judaism to
Protestantism and were gradually ostracized from the Jewish aristocracy.
The WASP families, however, never saw the prominent Jewish investment
banking families of America as equals. The Jews were considered politically
and cultrally different by the WASPs, and have never been accepted into the
latter's inner circle. For the most part, these Jewish merchant bankers are
viewed with suspicion and distrust by the members of the Order. Moreover, the
Jewish fraternal societies, such as B'nai B'rith, were formed out of the
British-based Scottish Rite Freemasonry. Their sponsors in America, the
Rothschilds and the Cecil Rhodes Trust (also known as the British Round Table
Group), are connected with the British Foreign Office and its secret
intelligence apparatus.
INITIATION AND RITUAL
To be initiated into the Order of Skull
In addition to their corporate clientele and their direct involvement
in government through the frequent appointment of partners to Cabinet posts,
these firms also specialize in handling the personal financial affairs and
investment portfolios of the leading WASP families. In this respect, the
Skull & Bones-centered WASP Establishment imitates the Venetian model.
During'the height of power of Venice, which was the trading capital of the
Byzantine Empire, the leading families used their personal wealth to
establish insurance companies, family funds and cultural programs through
which they extended their political power.
Today, the prominent law firms listed above play a speclialrole in
directing the affairs of the leading tax-exempt foundations which shape the
culture and public opinion of the United States and many foreign countries.
We have already-seen that McGeorge Bundy, a leading Bonesman, left his
position as National Security Adviser to President Lyndon Johnson in 1966
assume the presidency of the Ford Foundation. During the nearly two decades
that Bundy'spent directing the $3 billion tax-exempt fund, he arguably
wielded more power than he did during his six years as the National Security
Adviser to two presidents. Under the Bundy reign the Ford Foundation spent
hundreds'of millions of dollars to launch the environmentalist' movement and
funded scores of projects devoted to population reduction in the Third World.
From its early decades, the Order has concentrated much of its efforts
at establishing, controlling and, in some instances, capturing the major
tax-exempt philanthropic foundations of America. The Russell Sage Foundation,
which specializes in "social control" programs, was founded by Bonesmen.
Among the leading functions of the Russell Sage Foundation today is the
maintaining of a centralized tracking of the finances of all the large
tax-exempt foundations in the United States. The Peabody Foundation, the
Slater Foundation and several of the Rockefeller foundations were all either
started by members of the Order or haw been dominated by Bonesmen from their
inception. Other major family funds, like the Ford Foundation and the
Carnegie Endowment, were wrestled from family control by the Skull & Bones
apparatus. During the tenure of McGeorge Bundy, two members of the Ford
family resigned from the Ford Foundation in disgust over the direction in
which Bundy had taken the philanthropic agency.
THE NEW WORLD ORDER
Between 1983-1986, the British-born conspiracy theorist Antony Sutton
wrote a series of pamphlets about the Order of Skull & Bones. According to
informed sources, Sutton was one of several historians who were provided with
a large file of the Order's internal documents, including minutes of some
meetings, descriptions of rituals, and what would appear to be a rather
complete list of its members from its founding through to the early 1980s.
The short pamphlets were compiled into one volume and published as a book in
1986.
For someone closely following the just-concluded Persian Gulf War and
attempting to gain some insight into George Bush's performance during that
largely orchestrated affair, one recurring theme in the Sutton volume stands
out like a sore thumb: the New World Order.
According to the Skull & Bones documents used by Sutton in his somewhat
flawed profile of the Order, the creation of a New World Order is a primary
goal of the Bonesmen and has been for decades. For the initiates into the
Order, the term New World Order has a very specific meaning.
It is a world dominated by American military power and American control
over all strategic raw materials. Just as the Greek city-state of Sparta
provided the Skull & Bones with the image of a WASP warrior caste, the
Persiain Empire, with its system of coalitions of satrap armies, provides the
model for the Bonesmen's New World Order. The image of Secretary of State
James A. Baker III traveling from foreign capital to foreign
capital-demanding military legions or chests of gold to finance the war for a
New World Order is an image straight out of the chronicles of the Persian
Empire.
According to the recent biography of Henry Stimson, the man who
inspired President Bush was firmly convinced, that it was essential for
America to go to war once every generation or so. It was, for Stimson, a
spiritually cleansing process which enables the nation to rally behind a
cause and overcome its weaknesses and shortcomings in one grand burst of
military fervor. The romantic mystique of the purgative powers of combat is
key to understanding the politcal philosophy of Skull & Bones.
Although America's Vietnam debacle remains a bitter memory of the
Bonesmen's failure in war, the recent Persian Gulf conflict, with its
massive overkill and the use of highly advanced weapons and technologies, is
now the new glorious symbol of the WASP warrior caste's reincarnation. When
President Bush vowed that the Gulf War would not be another Vietnam," he was
speaking first and foremost to his fellow Bonesmen-not to the American
people..If such thinking smacks of dangerous fantasy on the part of a major
world power in the modern era, it is indeed.
On a more practical political level, the Gulf War was a gambit to save
the Bush presidency from a mountinng pile of domestic financial woes, not the
least of which was the savings andloan (S&L) crisis and a pending series of
failures of major
commercial banks. In the months preceding the gulf showdown, the prsident's
own son, Neil Bush, came under intense media scrutiny for his role in the
failure of a large
S&L in Colorado. Neil's photograph, testifying under oath before a
congressional committee probing fraud among top S&L manager's, became a
familiar front-page feature in every major newspaper in America, threatening
dangerous popular disillusion with the Yale Bonesman in the White House.
With a U.S. federal government deficit projected at nearly a half a trillion
dollars for Fiscal Year 1991, in large part because of the S&L crisis and a
shrinking business tax base, the Democratic Party majority in the U S
Congress was pressing for deep cutbacks in defense spending now that the Cold
War had ended.
On the international stage, the reunification of Germany, clearly the
most dramatic event of 1990, posed new challenges to the Bush team. Germany
was about to emerge as the dominant power in continental Europe by virtue of
its advanced industrial infrastructure and its long tradition of independent
political dealings with Moscow. Just months before the outbreak of the gulf
crisis, Germany's Chancellor Helmut Kohl had met with Soviet President
Mikhail Gorbachev and signed a long term economic assistance pact. As a
result, Gorbachev dropped all remaining objections to the immediate
reunification of Germany.
At that point, the Bush administration changed its tactics. Previously,
in sharp contrast to the Thatcher government in Great Britain, it had been
nominally in favor of German reunification. But at the Houston economic
summit of the Group of Seven Industrialized Countries in the summer of 1990,
the United States blocked (with Britain) Germany's plan of unconditional
economic aid to the Soviet Union. President Bush took the position that the
Soviet Union must submit to International Monetary Fund requisites as a
precondition for any substantive economic assistance
In the Far East, Japan's continuing growth in manufacturing also posed
a threat to Washington's desire to retain superpower status If President Bush
and his Bonesmen coterie were unaware of a stunning historical analogy, their
British "cousins" were quick to pick up on the parallels between the global
strategic situation in July 1990 and the identical intemational situation
that existed 100 years earlier.
In the 1890s, France, under the brilliant political leadership of
Foreign Minister Gabriel Hanataux, was attempting to forge a Eurasian
alliance with Germany, Russia and Meiji Japan. The idea was to-link
continental Europe with Japan and China through a series of large overland
infrastructure projects, beginning with the Trans-Siberian Railroad. Through
treaties covering key areas of economic and security matters, Hanataux hoped
to create a zone of prosperity, built on a foundation of rapid economic
growth and extensive trade.
Such a politlcal-economic common interest alliance threatened the
imperial hegemony of Great Britain. At the turn of the 20th century, Britian
looked to the United States (as its English-speaking ally) to join in
sabotaging the Hanataux plan. Through the Spanish-American War of 1898 and
the Russo-Japanese War of1905, Britain and her American junior partner (by
then led by Henry Stimson's old mentor Teddy Roosevelt) managed to disrupt
the French-German-Russian-Japanese econornic axis. Two world wars and the
Great Depression were the consequences of that interference.
THE PERSIAN GULF WAR
It was against this historical backdrop that President Bush, invoking the
World War II imagery of his Skull & Bones idol Henry Stimson, went to war
against Iraq. There is even speculation that President Bush was personally
instrumental in luring Saddam Hussein into invading Kuwait, thereby,
provoking the American-led military response. Many news accounts have
emphasized that a two-hour private meeting between the president and Margaret
Thatcher in the Aspen, Colorado vacation chalet of U.S. Ambassador Henry
Catto on August 2, 1990 helped finalize Bush's decision to immediately deploy
military force.
Recently, an astute Japanese analyst drew a disturbing parallel
between Bush and FDR, who was gready influenced by Stimson. According to the
wtiter, FDR lured Japan into World War II through an intricate series of
economic warfare maneuvers which left Japan with little choice but to
strike-back. In much the same way, said the analyst, Bush had lured Saddam
Hussein into Kuwait in order to launch a new Gulf War that would have
consequences reaching far beyond Iraq and the Middle East.
As a result of the military victory over Iraq, the United States is in
the process of establishing a string of permanent military bases throughout
the Persian Gulf and Near East. The oil sheikdoms of the region, led by Saudi
Arabia, are now thoroughly dependent on the American military presence to
ensure the survival of their regimes. The Organization of Petroleum Exporting
CountriesOPEC) is effectively captured by Washington. American bankers
aided by U.S. gunboats now are setting world oil prices. Thus, one
consequence of the Persian Gulf War is that the United States now has an oil
weapon-pointed principally at Germany and Japan. Ironically, America's two
chief economic rivals have paid out a total of $27 billion to date to help
finance a Bush administration military adventure which put the oil weapon in
Washington's hand.
Another telling example of how the Order's man in the Oval Office
intends to administer a crmubling U.S. domestic economy while imposing the
New World Order on the rest of the world is to be found in the recent buyout
of the majority of stock in Citicorp, the largest U.S. commercial bank, by
Saudi Prince Talal bin Abdul Aziz. Citicorp is one of the major American
commercial banks on the verge of collapse, but which is considered by the
Bush administration and the Federal Reserve System to be "too big to fall."
The stock purchase amounted to a Saudi Royal Family bail-out of Citicorp,
using the increased profits being enjoyed by the House of Saud as a result of
the massive jump in Saudi oil production since the beginning of ~he gulf
cnsis in August 1990.
There points up a striking difference between the role of the United
States in World War II and the Bush administration's handling to date of the
Middle East crisis. During World War II, the United States went through a
genuine economic revival. Skull & Bones historian Samuel Huntington described
it as a "neo Hamiltonian" policy, a reference to the first United States
Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton. Beginning in 1939, America
became a major supplier of military and industrial goods under the Lend-Lease
program to the European states fighting Hitler. At the same time, the federal
government began issuing low interest credits to revive the nation's
manufacturing base which had been gutted by a decade of economic depression.
The industrial buildup accelerated once the United States formally entered
.World War II, leading to the establishing of entirely new industrial
sectors, such as aerospace and petrochemicals.
This time around-at least to date-there has been no such marshaling of
the U.S. domestic industrial base. Despite moderate increases in the
production of certain high-tech weapons systems, the U.S. economy continues
its gradual slide into what could be a new depression. Unemployment is
greater than at any point in the last decade. Some sociologists fear that the
complete disintegration of America's urban centers could produce new
race-riots as early as the summer of1991.
The single greatest challenge to George Bush and the.Order is: Can they
capitalize on-the current revival of the American spirit to reverse
the..disastrous post industrial society dogmas, and launch their own version
of the World WarII neo Hamiltonian industrial recovery? So far, some
doomsayers claim, it appears that Bush and his administratlon plan instead to
direct their.efforts at looting and blackmailing the rest of the
world-especially the gulf oil sheikdoms, Japan and Germany-into bailing out
the bankrupt U.S. financial houses and federal government and financing the
posting of American-led foreign legions at every corner of the globe where
there are large deposits of strategic raw materials. If this policy is not
altered, George Bush may soon find himself presiding over a new disaster that
will make the Vietnam debacle appear insignificant in comparison.
The politics of the New World Order appear to be borrowed largely from the
pages of the decline and fall of the British Empire. Political columnist
Patrick Buchanan, an early vocal opponent of the Bush Persian Gulf strategy,
warned as early as August 1990 that the White House was falling into the trap
of British "balance of power" politics, the very politics that left Great
Britain on the scrap heap of world powers at the close of World War II, and
put Winston Churchill, the architect of World War II and the Cold War, out of
a job.
Since the crushing military defeat of Iraq by a technologically far
superior American-led coalition, the Bush administration has vacillated on a
postwar policy - for the region. It has pursued a pragmatic power balancing
game which is rife with potential problems. The two key elements of the
American balance-of-power politics in the region are the preservation of a
weakened but territorialy whole Iraq to offset the other would-be
regional-powers Iran and Syria. At the-same time, it is tilting toward a
nominally more "pro-Arab" position with regard to the Arab-Israeli conflict,
While the harsh reparations terms being imposed upon a war-devastated
Iraq, are probably, in the mind of Bush, aimed at dissuading any future
regional military power from launching-cross-border aggressions, they amount
to the slow, excruciating extermination of the population of that
country. As one seasoned observer noted recently,ea rlier air wars had caused
greater immediate losses of life, due to the inaccuracy of bombs and rockets
but had generally left basic
infrastructures intact. The precision bombing of Iraq's entire infrastructure
has caused what a United Nations team has called an-"apocalypse."The greater
loss of life, will occur in the aftermath of the combat as a country with 16
million inhabitants is suddenly thrown into a "pre-industial" state with no
electricity, no water or other necessities. American humanitarian aid,
administered by occupying troops will not
offset this apocalypse-especially if harsh war reparations and asset seizures
deprive Iraq of the financial resources needed to begin a rebuilding process.
Regardless of the fact that the United States has not thrown the full
weight of its military presence behind the overthrow of the Saddam Hussein
regime, the shortsightedness of the present Bush policy may very well lead to
a Lebanon-type protracted civil war in Iraq. Such a war could potentially
spread throughout the region.

SKULL AND BONES SECRET SOCIETY -- A QUICK STUDY
In past articles, we have stated that the New World Order could not have been realized had it not been for the intense activities of various secret societies throughout the world. We have mentioned one world-wide secret society, the Brotherhood Of Death Society, whose symbol is the skull with two crossed bones.
The German Brotherhood of Death Society is the Thule Society. Adolf Hitler joined this society in 1919, becoming an adept under the leadership of Dietrich Eckhart. Later, the Thule Society selected Hitler to be their leader of the New World Order, as Eckhart revealed on his deathbed, saying, "Follow Hitler; he will dance, but it is I who have called the tune. I have initiated him into the Secret Doctrine, opened his centers in vision, and given him the means to communicate with the powers." (Trevor Ravenscroft, The Spear Of Destiny, p. 91).
In August, 1990, President George Bush announced that the world had now entered into a New World Order. Shockingly, President Bush is an adept in the American Brotherhood of Death Society, the Yale Skull and Bones Society. As we stated earlier, Bush's New World Order is virtually identical with Hitler's; one key connecting point is their common membership in their respective Brotherhood of Death Societies (New Age author, Bill Cooper, Behold A Pale Horse, p. 81; plus Antony Sutton, Introduction To The Order, p.7). Skull and Bones' symbol is also a skull with two crossed bones, but with the mysterious number, '322' underneath.
As we get started in our study, remember that all members of the American Skull and Bones are just as Satanic as was Adolf Hitler. This premise is one that shocks most people to the core, because neither Former President Bush nor his son, Texas Governor George W. Bush, "look" like Adolf Hitler. Remember Jesus' solemn warning concerning the deception of the End of the Age. "Take heed that no man deceive you." [Matthew 24:4] Jesus repeated this warning against unparalleled deception, "And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many." [Matthew 24:11]. Once more, a third time, Jesus warned, "For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect." [Matthew 24:24] When God repeats something three times in Scripture, He is attaching the most significance to it possible.
Here, God is telling us that, at the End of the Age, He is going to allow Satan's people to perpetrate the most successful deception in world history. Are you one of those victims? Listen and heed.
We are going to prove that the Skull and Bones membership of Former President George H.W. Bush and of his son, Texas Governor George W. Bush are identical to the Satanism of Adolf Hitler in the Thule Society. Both of these secret societies are identical, practicing the most dark of Black Magick Satanic powers.
HITLER'S THULE SOCIETY -- AN OVERVIEW
Let us begin with a quick overview of the German Thule Society, beginning with a study of its practices and relevant history. Members were Satanists who practiced Black Magick -- this means that they were "solely concerned with raising their consciousness by means of rituals to awareness of evil and nonhuman intelligences in the universe; and with achieving means of communication with these intelligences." (Ravenscroft, Spear of Destiny, p. 161). Concentrate on that seemingly innocent word, rituals. Christians equate a ritual to a church service, thereby not understanding its occultic meaning. The New Age Dictionary defines ritual as a "ceremony to restore balance with nature...and bring back lost harmony and sacredness." Remember we are dealing with the Satanic world, where good is called evil and evil is called good. The sacredness mentioned here is a Satanic sacredness. Rituals literally are proscribed activities designed to allow demonic power to flow through the participants. These activities are proscribed chants, formula wordings, and carefully planned actions. The effect is devastatingly powerful, as demonic force pours through the participants, delivering a counterfeit spiritual experience which literally transforms their lives. Never skip over the word ritual, as it is a word of Satanic power.
Thule members practiced a form of Sexual Magic derived from a lodge of which Aleister Crowley was a member. Crowley was recognized as the foremost worshipper of Satan in the 19th Century. "The origin of this...medieval magic...can be traced to a Freemason, Robert Little, who founded the Societas Rosicruciana in 1865... (Ravenscroft, Spear of Destiny, p. 164-5). While the actual sexual perversions which were practiced are too offensive to share, the results are not. Author Revenscroft stated that "indulgence in the most sadistic rituals awakened penetrating vision into the workings of Evil Intelligences and bestowed phenomenal magical powers." (Ibid. p. 167). This is the Thule Society.
Ravenscroft records its effect upon Hitler, "...sexual perversion took a central place in [Hitler's] life...a monstrous sexual perversion was the very core of his whole existence, the source of his mediumistic and clairvoyant powers, and the motivation behind every act through which he reaped a sadistic vengeance on humanity." (Ibid., p. 171).
Eckart's final act was to initiate Hitler into "a monstrous sadistic magic ritual...after which he was sexually impotent. Hitler's impotency had a deep psychological foundation. He knew sexual fulfillment [only] through the extremes of sadism and masochism..."(Ravenscroft, p. 155, 173). This impotency delivered a final devastating blow to Hitler's psychological foundation, finally making him into the sadistic murderer that history knows.
LOOKING FOR A SPIRITUAL SUPERMAN
Members of the Thule society believed in "communication with a hierarchy of Supermen -- The Secret Chiefs of the Third Order". (Ibid) The quality which make these beings supermen was occultic spirituality. Further, they believed in Madame Blavatsky's Secret Doctrine, which teaches that certain superman had survived the destruction of Atlantis with their higher levels of consciousness intact. These supermen were Aryans. These two beliefs combined into one through the Thule Society and Hitler, culminating into the Nazi Death Camps. (Ibid, p. 166). When one group of people incorporate into their spiritual belief structure that they are inherently superior to another group of people, it is inevitable that genocide will be attempted as soon as possible.
The Thule Society regularly held occultic seances, during which time they communicated with demons who were either masquerading as a dead person or who were appearing as personal guiding spirits. Dietrich Eckart, Alfred Rosenberg, and Adolf Hitler invoked the "spirit of Anti-Christ" into manifestation at the mediumistic seances of the Thule Group in Munich." (Ravenscroft, Spear of Destiny, p. 168) Eckert believed he had been told by his guiding spirit he would have the privilege of training the coming Great One, the Anti-Christ. From the beginning of their association, Eckert believed Hitler was Anti-Christ. Therefore, Eckert spared no occultic knowledge, ritual, or perversion in his attempt to fully equip Hitler for that role. Once the training was completed, Hitler believed he was "born anew with that super-personal strength and resolution he would need to fulfill the mandate ... ordained for him." (p. Ravenscroft, p. 93-4) Hitler literally equated this with the Christian doctrine of being spiritually born again.
MORE SKULL AND BONES PARALLELS WITH HITLER'S THULE SOCIETY
Now, let us look at the Skull and Bones rituals and beliefs. Little is firmly known about Skull and Bones, because their secrecy since they were established in 1833 is as complete as any society in the world. However, they possess all the requirements of a true secret society.
1. They were formed in secret and all their activities are carried out secretly.
2. Membership is by invitation only. Potential members are carefully screened as to suitability before they are invited to join.
3. The first night of the new member -- called an initiate -- is critically important. The initiate swears total obedience and loyalty to the secret society. This pledge is bound by serious oaths, some of which would be deadly if actually carried out, just as in Freemasonry. The first night is also critically important as it bounds the initiate to the society by means of ritual, oaths, and confessions.
The Skull and Bones also incorporates sexual activities into their practices, just as did the Thule Society. "The [ritualistic] death of the initiate will be as frightful as the use of human skeletons and ritual psychology can make it..." (Esquire Magazine, "The Last Secrets of Skull and Bones", Ron Rosenbaum, p. 89). Sexual perversion is part of this ritual psychology. Ron Rosenbaum, author of the Esquire Magazine article, stated that on initiation night, called tap night, "...if one could climb to the tower of Weir Hall, the odd castle that overlooks the Bones courtyard, one could hear strange cries and moans coming from the bowels of the tomb as the 15 newly tapped members were put through what sounded like a harrowing ordeal..." (Esquire, September, 1976, p. 86).
Further,[initiates] "lay naked in coffins and tell their deepest and darkest sexual secrets as part of their initiation." (Esquire, p. 85). These experiences in the coffins incorporated sexual pain and resulted in being born-again, into the Order, as we mentioned above. (Cooper, p.95) A powerful spiritual force charges through the participants of these ceremonies, transforming their lives dramatically.
This type of ritual is classic Satanism. Anton LaVey states, in his book The Satanic Rituals: Companion To The Satanic Bible, (p. 57),
"The ceremony of rebirth takes place in a large coffin..This is similar to the coffin symbolism that...is found in most lodge rituals."
Make no mistake about it: Any organization which utilizes this coffin ritual to simulate rebirth is practicing Satanism, including Skull and Bones.
The Skull and Bones believes that on the night of initiation, the initiate "dies to the world and be born again into the Order..." (Esquire Magazine, September, 1977, p. 89). Remember Hitler's belief that he had been born anew after his ritualistic initiation and training? This term is a common one in Satanism. During the 1988 Presidential Campaign, a TV reporter asked Vice-President Bush if he were a Christian. Bush initially stammered, but then said, "if you mean born again, then, yes, I am a Christian". Vice-President Bush answered this question in a very expert manner, simultaneously being true to his own occult foundation while misleading innocent, trusting Christians.
As born-again Christians carry out the ritual of water baptism by immersion to demonstrate that they have died to the old way of life and have been reborn into a new life, Satanists have their coffin ritual to demonstrate the same life transformation. Rosenbaum continues his expose' of the born-again experience: "then it's into the coffin and off on a symbolic journey through the underworld to rebirth, which takes place in Room Number 322. There, the Order clothes the newborn knight in its own special garments, implying that, henceforth, he will tailor himself to the Order's mission." (Ibid., p. 89, 148). This ritual description is as occultic as any I have read, and truly reveals the Skull and Bones as Satanic.
ALLEGIANCE SHIFTS TO SATAN'S GOAL, NOT TO HIS COUNTRY
One of the most sobering facets of this counterfeit born again initiation ritual is that the initiate swears to an allegiance to the Secret Order that transcends any allegiance later in life. New Age Christian author Bill Cooper captures this disturbing fact most succinctly, "...Members of the Order (Skull and Bones) take an oath that absolves them from any allegiance to any nation or king or government or constitution, and that includes the negating of any subsequent oath which they may be required to take. They swear allegiance only to the Order and its goal of a New World Order...according to the oath Bush took when he was initiated into Skull and Bones, his oath of office as President of the United States means nothing ." (Cooper, Behold A Pale Horse, p. 81-82). Since Bush's oath as President occurred after the Oath to Skull and Bones, it is not worth the paper on which it is printed. That kind of hold is powerful. Indeed, as Ron Rosenbaum began the research necessary to write his article for Esquire, he was warned about the power of Skull and Bones. "The power of Bones is incredible. They have their hands on every lever of power in the country."
Since Bill Clinton is a member of the secret society, Rhodes Society, he feels also that his supreme allegiance is to that Order, not to the United States of America. His oath of allegiance to the Presidency also means nothing to him. Now you know why he can do some of the truly heinous things he has done since he took office in 1993.
The only thing which is important to the Skull and Bones is their goal of a New World Order. In conjunction with this understanding, remember one other Secret Society belief, i.e., the ends justify the means. The New World Order was the name of Hitler's Utopian Aryan society, also. In his writings and his speeches, Hitler constantly invoked this title of his planned society once he had conquered the world. When President Bush invoked the term, New World Order, during his August 16, 1990, speech condemning the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, he was only the second major politician of the 20th Century to use that term. Hitler was the other.
Do not be deceived: Bush's and Clinton's New World Order is identical to Hitler's!
DIRECT ROOTS FROM SKULL AND BONES TO BAVARIAN ILLUMINISM
As Rosenbaum continued his research, he found strong -- even indisputable -- links between Bones and the Bavarian Illuminists. The Bavarian Illuminists were part of the original Masters of the Illuminati, established by that Satanic Jesuit Priest, Adam Weishaupt. First, Rosenbaum discovered documents which detailed the origins of Bones back to Germany. These documents stated, "Bones is a chapter of a corps of a German University..." The document described at length its relationship with this German Secret Society (the Thule Society) which lead to the founding of the Skull and Bones in 1832.
Secondly, Rosenbaum discovered that, "above the arched walls above the vault of the (Bones) sacred room, #322", is a painting of skulls surrounded by Masonic symbols. Above this painting is the slogan, in German, which means, "Who is the fool, who the wise man, beggar, or king? Whether poor or rich, all's the same in death." This means that only the works which one does in this life is what matters; in death, all men share the same fate. This statement is very consistent with the teachings of Secret Societies, showing their Works-oriented philosophy.
Thirdly, Rosenbaum discovered a "haunting photograph of the altar room at one of the Masonic lodges at Nuremburg that is closely associated with Illuminism. Haunting because at the altar room's center, approached through an aisle of hanging human skeletons, is a coffin surmounted by...a skull and crossed bones that look exactly like the particular arrangement of jawbones and thighbones in the official Bones emblem. {Finally}, the skull and crossbones was the official crest of another key Illuminist lodge..." (Esquire, p.88).
It is shocking also when we realize that German Nazi death camp guards wore this emblem of Skull and Bones on the shoulders of their uniforms. Once again, we have vivid linkage between Hitler's Society and Skull and Bones Society.
Without doubt, we have established Skull and Bones to be a Brotherhood of Death Society, which is itself tied directly into the Masters of the Illuminati. It is no wonder that Bush has been proclaiming the New World Order.
HISTORIC RESULTS OF HITLER'S PURSUIT OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER
We have studied the common philosophical and religious links between the German Thule Society and the American Skull and Bones . We now need to study the historical results of the attempt of the Thule Society to establish a New World Order. After the Thule Society selected Adolf Hitler to be their leader of the New World Order, they faced the problem of the practical implementation of this goal.
They realized that their plans for world domination required control of the military power of Germany; however, the military is controlled by those holding political power, and Germany was a democracy. Therefore, the Thule Society created the Nazi Party. The Guiding Spirits of the Thule Society became the Guiding Spirits of the Nazi Party. In only 10 tumultuous years, Hitler gained high political office, from which he catapulted himself into the position of absolute dictator in 1933. In 1938, Hitler began the Final Solution of the Jewish problem by initiating the Holocaust. In 1939, Hitler initiated World War II, which lasted until mid-1945. As I read these results, I remembered James' words, "Then the evil desire, when it has conceived, gives birth to sin, and sin, when it is fully matured, brings forth death."

The death toll was almost incomprehensible.

Total human lives killed were :
18,200,000 soldiers and 16,300,000 civilians for 34,000,000 total deaths. When you add 18,000,000 deaths from Hitler's Death Camps, you realize that over 54 million people lost their lives as the final result of the occultic practices and goals of the New World Order of that German Brotherhood of Death Society, the Thule Society . The 6,000,000 Jewish deaths from Hitler's Final Solution represented two-thirds of the total world-wide Jewish population.
HITLER'S WORLD WAR II SET THE STAGE FOR THE ANTICHRIST
Hitler came close to winning WWII, but God's timing had not yet come. However, some of the after-effects of WWII served to set the stage for the current drive toward the New World Order.
Alice Bailey states in her book, The Externalisation of the Hierarchy, the world must be united regionally before it can be united into one. Stalin repeated this concept shortly before his death in 1953. World War II certainly provided the impetus for this type of reorganization. The World was reorganized militarily into NATO in Europe, the Warsaw Pact in Eastern Europe, and SEATO in Asia. Economic regionalization also occurred along approximately the same lines. Repeated cultural, economic, and religious regionalizations have been created since WWII.
The infant One-World Government was created as the United Nations, in 1948. A similar effort was orchestrated after WWI as the League of Nations, but was defeated. One of the first actions of the United Nations was to create the nation of Israel, thus fulfilling God's prophecies to return her back to her Promised Land in the Last Days.
Tremendous technological progress was achieved under the impetus of war. The atomic bomb was created, as were the jet engine, the rocket, and modern telecommunications. New Age author, Allen Neuharth, in his book, Nearly One World , states that these inventions have brought the world to the threshold of a One-World Government, Economy, and Religion, i.e., the New World Order.
This brief review of the after-effects of WWII clearly shows much was achieved that set the stage for the current New World Order. Let us now review some of the goals which Secret Societies today have for the New World Order. Keep in mind that the Skull and Bones is the driving force and is the "first among equals" among all other Secret Societies and all other open organizations which are committed to this new order.
NEW WORLD ORDER GOALS
* One World Government -- the only answer to man's problems.
* One World Economy
* One world permanent military
* One World Religion -- Man's evil actions historically are ascribed to his divisions into many different religions. Therefore, much emphasis is being laid on the re-uniting into one religion. The current Ecumenical Movement is leading the charge toward this all-important goal. In a seminar held in Boston in August, 1991, the current New England Director of the Theosophical Society stated that, at the proper moment in world history the Roman Catholic Pope would travel to Jerusalem to address a world-wide religious conference. In his speech, he would declare all the world's religions to be united into One. Thus, Alice Bailey's Plan, stated almost 50 years ago, would be realized, i.e., that the Great One would reinstate the Ancient Mysteries Religion as the New World Order Religion. "These Mysteries, when restored, will unify all faiths." (Externalisation of the Hierarchy, p. 573, written in 1946).
HITLER'S DEATH TOLL TIMES72
One of the most basic plans after the New World Order is established is to reduce the world's population from its present 6 billion to 2 billion by the year 2,000 (Constance Cumbey, Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow). Birth control and abortion were early identified as necessary to begin reducing population. Our current emphasis on man's supposedly devastating effects upon the earth and upon Global Warming and pollution are designed to convince people that only united, drastic action from the United Nations can save this planet from collapse.
However, the year 2,000 is only a short time away. How can this drastic reduction be achieved within this short time frame? The basic answer is war.
Bailey, in her book, The Externalisation of the Hierarchy, p. 548, states that the atomic bomb will be turned over to the One-World Government and will be used against any nation who refuses to go along with the New World Order.
Bill Cooper, in his book, Behold A Pale Horse, quotes a document from the Bilderberg Secret Society, which is an offshoot of Skull and Bones. "Since most of the general public will not exercise [economic] restraint...[we must] take control of the world by the use of economic silent weapons in a form of quiet warfare and reduce [the dangerous levels of consumption] of the world to a safe level by a process of benevolent slavery and genocide." (p. 49). How could anyone ever think of slavery and genocide as being benevolent? This was the precise thinking of Hitler as he was planning his New World Order. He was going to rid the world of all the undesirables by benevolent warfare . We reviewed the horrible results in an earlier section; however, these figures pale in comparison with the deaths of 4 billion people, actually about 72 times larger than Hitler's 54 million deaths.
Therefore, when Jesus Christ reviews all actions on the day of the White Throne Judgment He will likely judge that the slaughter of 4,000,000,000 [billion] people during the New World Order of Bush and Clinton is 72 times more worthy of judgment than the 55,000,000 [million] killed under the New World Order of Adolf Hitler!
At this point, you may protest that the current drive to the New World Order is being achieved peacefully. This is true, but when it is fully achieved, it will fulfill Biblical prophecy which states "When people are saying 'All is well and secure' and 'There is peace and safety', then in a moment, unforeseen destruction, ruin and death shall come upon them and no one shall escape." (1 Thess 5:3).

Known variously as 'Bonesmen', 'The Order' and 'The Russell Trust Association', George W.Bush's father and grandfather were both initiated into this 'society' who's badge is a skull and cross bones with the lodge number 322 below it. Lodge 322 is believed to have been founded on June 28th 1832.
And the Skull and Bones are believed to have a commemoration ceremony on 28th June every year. This year (2002) on this date George W. Bush was relieved of his presidency for several hours, Dick Cheyne took over running the world's only superpower while Bush was 'undergoing hospital tests'. If the Nazis' occult Thule Society had been exposed in the twenties millions might not have died - I would like to see the 'Bonesmen' and any other secret groups hungry for power fully exposed as unfit to hold positions of public responsibility.
Author and researcher Antony Sutton died earlier this year on June 17th 2002. He was a British born émigré to the USA and spent much of his academic time researching links from the US establishment and business world to fascism and communism. Particularly enlightening is his research on the financing of the Nazi party which he attributed to Wall street bankers - see his book 'Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler'.
Sutton was a research fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University, from 1968 to 1973. He was a former economics professor at California State University, Los Angeles. Sutton explains it detailed much of the mumbo-jumbo associated with the Bonesmen. The Washington Post broached the subject on 25th February 2000 - 'Shred This After Reading!' Lloyd Grove called the article: "Before George W. Bush was a good ol' boy, he was a member of Skull and Bones. Author Ron Rosenbaum calls this club "the most powerful of all secret societies in the strange Yale secret-society system." Its roster includes Averell Harriman, Henry Stimson, Henry Luce, Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) and Dubya's dad, former president George Bush.

When exposing the folly of George W. Bush being portrayed as a "Christian conservative", I realize that I'm trying to reach a majority of people who either don't want to know the truth, or just don't care, but here I go anyway. He may outwardly seem conservative, and present an image of Mr. family values. But let's look at the facts: He opposed about the only post September 11 legislation that made any sense at all, that is, to allow airline pilots to carry guns in the cockpit. He is in favor of opening up the floodgates of illegal immigration even more than they are now. He opposes clamping down on the flood of illegals coming over the Mexican border, and wants to give them resident status.
He has appointed open homosexuals to high positions in his cabinet. He may claim to be "pro-life", but has not lifted one finger to stop the slaughter of millions of unborn children each year. In fact, he has secretly fought to keep the partial birth abortion ban from coming to his desk to be signed into law. He has created intrusive "Big Brother" type national police organizations (Homeland Security) that remind one of the gestapo. The "Patriot Act", and "Patriot Act II" legislation he is pushing makes anyone who opposes Big Brother a potential terrorist. If you read the fine print, it also completly undermines the right to free speech, the right to bear arms, protection from unreasonable search and seizure, and so on.

Another event that offered us a glimpse into the true psychological makeup and qualities of G.W. Bush, happened in 1998. "Please don't kill me". Look at the still photograph of Bush in action, mockingly mouthing these words for an interview with Talk Magazine in 1998, in which he was making fun of a supposed (but not true) plea from a woman he put to death, Karla Faye Tucker. After shooting heroin since the age of 10, the call girl daughter of a prostitute drug addict, Karla Tucker had spent two weeks awake on a drug-speed high when she and 'friends' ended up at the apartment of the couple she allegedly killed in 1984.
She was 24 years old at the time. The crime was not premeditated. The chief witness against her was given a deal by the prosecution. She never had a chance. She became a Christian during the first year of her imprisonment. Those who knew her knew she was a new creation. She was the kind of Christian who is unusual, because her faith was truly alive. That made her vibrant, happy, and caring to everyone who came to her for help, seeking her out in her separate world, behind bars. And many did. That's the kind of spiritual life that nothing can kill.
She was executed, after exhausting all avenues. The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles voted to deny her request for clemency. Her last hope, after more than a decade on Death Row, was commutation of the sentence of execution by Governor George W. Bush. She had already signed an agreement to waive the possibility of parole for the rest of her life. She only wanted to live so that she could help others avoid making the same mistakes that she made. As for Governor Bush, he lied when he ridiculed her soon after the execution. She never said, "Please don't kill me."
In his book entitled "A CHARGE TO KEEP" Bush's ghostwriter told a story about the governor's "struggles" the evening she was given the lethal injection. "6:26, prisoner strapped to gurney... I felt like a huge piece of concrete was crushing me as we waited. 6:28, needle inserted. No one said another word." Then we see George W. Bush mugging for the camera, mockingly pursing his lips when he spoke about the woman whose life he could have saved. "Please don't kill me." Bush ran as a "compassionate conservative" in 2000. I suppose by compassionate that means executing people with lethal injection, instead of hanging them. All of this is just one aspect of George W. Bush that I, and most halfway decent people would find objectionable.
Let all American's understand, as I stated earlier, Bush was indoctrinated into Skull and Bones at Yale in 1968. At the ceremony, Bush had to kneel down before a man in a black robe, who represent's lucifer, and swear an allegience to all things evil. This is the man that most people assume is a "conservative Christian". He cannot be a Christian and a satan worshipper at the same time. Witness what he has done since 9-11. Everything possible to bring about the dictitorial one world satanic government, around the world, and here in the U.S. As we saw with Karla Faye Tucker, compassion and respect for life are not a part of his persona.
Naive Americans will soon see just how much freedom they will have to preach or broadcast under the NEW WORLD ORDER agenda for America. And they will see just how "Christian" their President REALLY IS! The Bible declares that "a tree is known by it's fruit." Regardless of what name you call the tree, it is BETTER known by the kind of fruit it produces. And of course, so is a bush. And "a Bush" that coldly puts people like Karla Faye Tucker to death, and produces deadly fruits of NWO repression, detention camps, "Office of Homeland Security," and worse, cannot and must not be trusted. This whole deal is really interesting. I've been fascinated with "secret" societies for a long time. My own family has a strong connection to the Penitente Brotherhood in the southwest, so I guess it comes naturally.
The membership of Skull and Bones and the reach of those members' power is evidence enough of it's sinister nature. Evidence of it's connection to the Thule Society and other illuminati is also pretty persuasive. What's buggy is that these articles are always written by someone with a definite "anti-christ" bias. They always seem to devolve into a rant about end-times and the return of Jesus. They also fall victim to lots of the old Christian paranoia about the Freemasons and others which goes back for centuries, and remains unproven nonsense.In that view anyone who takes any kind of an oath to join a private society is branded as being "Satanic", not Christian automatically equals EVIL. I wish someone with an objective view would take a look at this stuff without putting their own religious spin on it. Until that happens, nobody with any decent credentials is ever going to touch it, and the public will be able to poo-poo it all as a bunch of conspiracy theory nonsense.(which may be exactly what the Skull and Boners want, buwa-ha-ha-ha!)

A Brief Analysis of the Domestic Security Enhancement Act 2003, Also Known as Patriot Act II

Congressman Ron Paul (R-Tex) told the Washington Times that no member of Congress was allowed to read the first Patriot Act that was passed by the House on October 27, 2001. The first Patriot Act was universally decried by civil libertarians and Constitutional scholars from across the political spectrum. William Safire, while writing for the New York Times, described the first Patriot Act's powers by saying that President Bush was seizing dictatorial control.
On February 7, 2003 the Center for Public Integrity, a non-partisan public interest think-tank in DC, revealed the full text of the Domestic Security Enhancement Act of 2003. The classified document had been leaked to them by an unnamed source inside the Federal government. The document consisted of a 33-page section by section analysis of the accompanying 87-page bill.
*Note: On February 10, 2003 I discovered that not only was there a house version that had been covertly brought to Hastert, but that many provisions of the now public Patriot Act II had already been introduced as pork barrel riders on Senate Bill S. 22. Dozens of subsections and even the titles of the subsections are identical to those in the House version. This is very important because it catches the Justice Department in a bald-faced lie. The Justice Department claimed that the secret legislation brought into the House was only for study, and that at this time there was no intention to try and pass it. Now upon reading S. 22, it is clear that the leadership of the Senate is fully aware of the Patriot Act II, and have passed these riders out of their committees into the full bill. I spent two hours scanning through S. 22 and, let me tell you, it is a nightmare for anyone who loves liberty. It even contains the Our Lady of Peace Act that registers all gun owners. It bans the private sale of all firearms, creates a Federal ballistics database, and much more.
There are other bills in the Senate that grant the Federal government sweeping powers. S.45 states in section one that the office for State and local government coordination for Homeland Security will no longer just oversee, but that now local cities critical functions will be headed by a Federal director. On Tuesday, February 11th, we noted a story in The Times-Picayune with the headline: Nagin announces major overhaul of City Hall --New Homeland Security office to oversee cops, firemen, emergency agency. The Federal power-grab taking place is widespread and all Americans must mobilize to resist it.
Another interesting bill is S. 16. S. 16 is a smorgasbord of Federal funding and control over local police departments and needs to be examined closely.
S. 89, The Universal National Service Act of 2003 is the hallmark of an authoritarian society. The description of the bill is, "To provide for the common defense by requiring that all young persons in the United States, including women, perform a period of military service of civilian service in furtherance of the national defense and homeland security, and for other purposes." We have looked at some of the programs that the Federal government has already been setting up for service here in the "homeland" and they include East German-style tattletale squads of every type, which are just basically a super TIPS program. The nightmare goes on and on. Check it out for yourself.
The Patriot Act II bill itself is stamped "Confidential -Not for Distribution." Upon reading the analysis and bill, I was stunned by the scientifically crafted tyranny contained in the legislation. The Justice Department Office of Legislative Affairs admits that they had indeed covertly transmitted a copy of the legislation to Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert, (R-Il) and the Vice President of the United States, Dick Cheney as well as the executive heads of federal law enforcement agencies.
It is important to note that no member of Congress was allowed to see the first Patriot Act before its passage, and that no debate was tolerate by the House and Senate leadership. The intentions of the White House and Speaker Hastert concerning Patriot Act II appear to be a carbon copy replay of the events that led to the unprecedented passage of the first Patriot Act.
There are two glaring areas that need to be looked at concerning this new legislation:
1. The secretive tactics being used by the White House and Speaker Hastert to keep even the existence of this legislation secret would be more at home in Communist China than in the United States. The fact that Dick Cheney publicly managed the steamroller passage of the first Patriot Act, insuring that no one was allowed to read it and publicly threatening members of Congress that if they didn’t vote in favor of it that they would be blamed for the next terrorist attack, is by the White House’s own definition terrorism. The move to clandestinely craft and then bully passage of any legislation by the Executive Branch is clearly an impeachable offence.
2. The second Patriot Act is a mirror image of powers that Julius Caesar and Adolf Hitler gave themselves. Whereas the First Patriot Act only gutted the First, Third, Fourth and Fifth Amendments, and seriously damaged the Seventh and the Tenth, the Second Patriot Act reorganizes the entire Federal government as well as many areas of state government under the dictatorial control of the Justice Department, the Office of Homeland Security and the FEMA NORTHCOM military command. The Domestic Security Enhancement Act 2003, also known as the Second Patriot Act is by its very structure the definition of dictatorship.
I challenge all Americans to study the new Patriot Act and to compare it to the Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence. Ninety percent of the act has nothing to do with terrorism and is instead a giant Federal power-grab with tentacles reaching into every facet of our society. It strips American citizens of all of their rights and grants the government and its private agents total immunity.
Here is a quick thumbnail sketch of just some of the draconian measures encapsulated within this tyrannical legislation:
SECTION 501 (Expatriation of Terrorists) expands the Bush administration’s “enemy combatant” definition to all American citizens who “may” have violated any provision of Section 802 of the first Patriot Act. (Section 802 is the new definition of domestic terrorism, and the definition is “any action that endangers human life that is a violation of any Federal or State law.”) Section 501 of the second Patriot Act directly connects to Section 125 of the same act. The Justice Department boldly claims that the incredibly broad Section 802 of the First USA Patriot Act isn’t broad enough and that a new, unlimited definition of terrorism is needed.
Under Section 501 a US citizen engaging in lawful activities can be grabbed off the street and thrown into a van never to be seen again. The Justice Department states that they can do this because the person “had inferred from conduct” that they were not a US citizen. Remember Section 802 of the First USA Patriot Act states that any violation of Federal or State law can result in the “enemy combatant” terrorist designation.
SECTION 201 of the second Patriot Act makes it a criminal act for any member of the government or any citizen to release any information concerning the incarceration or whereabouts of detainees. It also states that law enforcement does not even have to tell the press who they have arrested and they never have to release the names.
SECTION 301 and 306 (Terrorist Identification Database) set up a national database of “suspected terrorists” and radically expand the database to include anyone associated with suspected terrorist groups and anyone involved in crimes or having supported any group designated as “terrorist.” These sections also set up a national DNA database for anyone on probation or who has been on probation for any crime, and orders State governments to collect the DNA for the Federal government.
SECTION 312 gives immunity to law enforcement engaging in spying operations against the American people and would place substantial restrictions on court injunctions against Federal violations of civil rights across the board.
SECTION 101 will designate individual terrorists as foreign powers and again strip them of all rights under the “enemy combatant” designation.
SECTION 102 states clearly that any information gathering, regardless of whether or not those activities are illegal, can be considered to be clandestine intelligence activities for a foreign power. This makes news gathering illegal.
SECTION 103 allows the Federal government to use wartime martial law powers domestically and internationally without Congress declaring that a state of war exists.
SECTION 106 is bone-chilling in its straightforwardness. It states that broad general warrants by the secret FSIA court (a panel of secret judges set up in a star chamber system that convenes in an undisclosed location) granted under the first Patriot Act are not good enough. It states that government agents must be given immunity for carrying out searches with no prior court approval. This section throws out the entire Fourth Amendment against unreasonable searches and seizures.
SECTION 109 allows secret star chamber courts to issue contemp charges against any individual or corporation who refuses to incriminate themselves or others. This sections annihilate the last vestiges of the Fifth Amendment.
SECTION 110 restates that key police state clauses in the first Patriot Act were not sunsetted and removes the five year sunset clause from other subsections of the first Patriot Act. After all, the media has told us: “this is the New America. Get used to it. This is forever.”
SECTION 111 expands the definition of the “enemy combatant” designation.
SECTION 122 restates the government’s newly announced power of “surveillance without a court order.”
SECTION 123 restates that the government no longer needs warrants and that the investigations can be a giant dragnet-style sweep described in press reports about the Total Information Awareness Network. One passage reads, “thus the focus of domestic surveillance may be less precise than that directed against more conventional types of crime.”
*Note: Over and over again, in subsection after subsection, the second Patriot Act states that its new Soviet-type powers will be used to fight international terrorism, domestic terrorism and other types of crimes. Of course the government has already announced in Section 802 of the first USA Patriot act that any crime is considered domestic terrorism.
SECTION 126 grants the government the right to mine the entire spectrum of public and private sector information from bank records to educational and medical records. This is the enacting law to allow ECHELON and the Total Information Awareness Network to totally break down any and all walls of privacy.
The government states that they must look at everything to “determine” if individuals or groups might have a connection to terrorist groups. As you can now see, you are guilty until proven innocent.
SECTION 127 allows the government to takeover coroners’ and medical examiners’ operations whenever they see fit. See how this is like Bill Clinton’s special medical examiner he had in Arkansas that ruled that people had committed suicide when their arms and legs had been cut off.
SECTION 128 allows the Federal government to place gag orders on Federal and State Grand Juries and to take over the proceedings. It also disallows individuals or organizations to even try to quash a Federal subpoena. So now defending yourself will be a terrorist action.
SECTION 129 destroys any remaining whistleblower protection for Federal agents.
SECTION 202 allows corporations to keep secret their activities with toxic biological, chemical or radiological materials.
SECTION 205 allows top Federal officials to keep all their financial dealings secret, and anyone investigating them can be considered a terrorist. This should be very useful for Dick Cheney to stop anyone investigating Haliburton.
SECTION 303 sets up national DNA database of suspected terrorists. The database will also be used to “stop other unlawful activities.” It will share the information with state, local and foreign agencies for the same purposes.
SECTION 311 federalizes your local police department in the area of information sharing.
SECTION 313 provides liability protection for businesses, especially big businesses that spy on their customers for Homeland Security, violating their privacy agreements. It goes on to say that these are all preventative measures – has anyone seen Minority Report? This is the access hub for the Total Information Awareness Network.
SECTION 321 authorizes foreign governments to spy on the American people and to share information with foreign governments.
SECTION 322 removes Congress from the extradition process and allows officers of the Homeland Security complex to extradite American citizens anywhere they wish. It also allows Homeland Security to secretly take individuals out of foreign countries.
SECTION 402 is titled “Providing Material Support to Terrorism.” The section reads that there is no requirement to show that the individual even had the intent to aid terrorists.
SECTION 403 expands the definition of weapons of mass destruction to include any activity that affects interstate or foreign commerce.
SECTION 404 makes it a crime for a terrorist or “other criminals” to use encryption in the commission of a crime.
SECTION 408 creates “lifetime parole” (basically, slavery) for a whole host of crimes.
SECTION 410 creates no statute of limitations for anyone that engages in terrorist actions or supports terrorists. Remember: any crime is now considered terrorism under the first Patriot Act.
SECTION 411 expands crimes that are punishable by death. Again, they point to Section 802 of the first Patriot Act and state that any terrorist act or support of terrorist act can result in the death penalty.
SECTION 421 increases penalties for terrorist financing. This section states that any type of financial activity connected to terrorism will result to time in prison and $10-50,000 fines per violation.
SECTIONS 427 sets up asset forfeiture provisions for anyone engaging in terrorist activities.
There are many other sections that I did not cover in the interest of time. The American people were shocked by the despotic nature of the first Patriot Act. The second Patriot Act dwarfs all police state legislation in modern world history.
Usually, corrupt governments allow their citizens lots of wonderful rights on paper, while carrying out their jackbooted oppression covertly. From snatch and grab operations to warantless searches, Patriot Act II is an Adolf Hitler wish list.
You can understand why President Bush, Dick Cheney and Dennis Hastert want to keep this legislation secret not just from Congress, but the American people as well. Bill Allison, Managing Editor of the Center for Public Integrity, the group that broke this story, stated on my radio show that it was obvious that they were just waiting for another terrorist attack to opportunistically get this new bill through. He then shocked me with an insightful comment about how the Federal government was crafting this so that they could go after the American people in general. He also agreed that the FBI has been quietly demonizing patriots and Christians and “those who carry around pocket Constitutions.”
I have produced two documentary films and written a book about what really happened on September 11th. The bottom line is this: the military-industrial complex carried the attacks out as a pretext for control. Anyone who doubts this just hasn’t looked at the mountains of hard evidence.
Of course, the current group of white collar criminals in the White House might not care that we’re finding out the details of their next phase. Because, after all, when smallpox gets released, or more buildings start blowing up, the President can stand up there at his lectern suppressing a smirk, squeeze out a tear or two, and tell us that “See I was right. I had to take away your rights to keep you safe. And now it’s your fault that all of these children are dead.” From that point on, anyone who criticizes tyranny will be shouted down by the paid talking head government mouthpieces in the mainstream media.
You have to admit, it’s a beautiful script. Unfortunately, it’s being played out in the real world. If we don’t get the word out that government is using terror to control our lives while doing nothing to stop the terrorists, we will deserve what we get - tyranny. But our children won’t deserve it.

A SECRET blueprint for US global domination reveals that President Bush and his cabinet were planning a premeditated attack on Iraq to secure 'regime change' even before he took power in January 2001.
The blueprint, uncovered by the Sunday Herald, for the creation of a 'global Pax Americana' was drawn up for Dick Cheney (now vice- president), Donald Rumsfeld (defence secretary), Paul Wolfowitz (Rumsfeld's deputy), George W Bush's younger brother Jeb and Lewis Libby (Cheney's chief of staff). The document, entitled Rebuilding America's Defences: Strategies, Forces And Resources For A New Century, was written in September 2000 by the neo-conservative think-tank Project for the New American Century (PNAC).
The plan shows Bush's cabinet intended to take military control of the Gulf region whether or not Saddam Hussein was in power. It says: 'The United States has for decades sought to play a more permanent role in Gulf regional security. While the unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification, the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein.'
The PNAC document supports a 'blueprint for maintaining global US pre-eminence, precluding the rise of a great power rival, and shaping the international security order in line with American principles and interests'.
This 'American grand strategy' must be advanced for 'as far into the future as possible', the report says. It also calls for the US to 'fight and decisively win multiple, simultaneous major theatre wars' as a 'core mission'.
The report describes American armed forces abroad as 'the cavalry on the new American frontier'. The PNAC blueprint supports an earlier document written by Wolfowitz and Libby that said the US must 'discourage advanced industrial nations from challenging our leadership or even aspiring to a larger regional or global role'.
The PNAC report also:
l refers to key allies such as the UK as 'the most effective and efficient means of exercising American global leadership';
l describes peace-keeping missions as 'demanding American political leadership rather than that of the United Nations';
l reveals worries in the administration that Europe could rival the USA;
l says 'even should Saddam pass from the scene' bases in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait will remain permanently -- despite domestic opposition in the Gulf regimes to the stationing of US troops -- as 'Iran may well prove as large a threat to US interests as Iraq has';
l spotlights China for 'regime change' saying 'it is time to increase the presence of American forces in southeast Asia'. This, it says, may lead to 'American and allied power providing the spur to the process of democratisation in China';
l calls for the creation of 'US Space Forces', to dominate space, and the total control of cyberspace to prevent 'enemies' using the internet against the US;
l hints that, despite threatening war against Iraq for developing weapons of mass destruction, the US may consider developing biological weapons -- which the nation has banned -- in decades to come. It says: 'New methods of attack -- electronic, 'non-lethal', biological -- will be more widely available ... combat likely will take place in new dimensions, in space, cyberspace, and perhaps the world of microbes ... advanced forms of biological warfare that can 'target' specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool';
l and pinpoints North Korea, Libya, Syria and Iran as dangerous regimes and says their existence justifies the creation of a 'world-wide command-and-control system'.
Tam Dalyell, the Labour MP, father of the House of Commons and one of the leading rebel voices against war with Iraq, said: 'This is garbage from right-wing think-tanks stuffed with chicken-hawks -- men who have never seen the horror of war but are in love with the idea of war. Men like Cheney, who were draft-dodgers in the Vietnam war.
'This is a blueprint for US world domination -- a new world order of their making. These are the thought processes of fantasist Americans who want to control the world. I am appalled that a British Labour Prime Minister should have got into bed with a crew which has this moral standing.'

Mr. Kaesberg is a gold prospector and rock hound who lives in California. While digging for the first time in the canyon of Kern River, Bakersfield, Ca. he came across what he considers to be an alien burial site, or possibly the location of a crashed UFO and the resting place of its occupants.
On New Years Eve in 1999, trying to avoid the doomsday talk of the new millennium, Mr. Kaesberg and Jim Ferguson, another rock hunter, went to Kern River. When digging there in one foot of soil, Mr. Kaesberg looked down at his rock sifter and noticed little faces looking up at him, so he looked further and dug more to reveal a total of 22 small rocks all in the shape of alien heads with faces on them. Since then he has revisited the site, managing to pull out 4 more of these faces.
Mr. Kaesberg thinks that these rocks are fossils of aliens that visited and died on this planet millions of years ago. They were found under a huge granite rock, which suggests that the bodies were put there because it would be a safe place where they would not be disturbed.

Saturday, July 27th at 2am, I awoke because of my Girlfriend's new dog nudging my arm in bed. Since he had never done this at this time of night, I assumed that he needed to go out for a leak. I got out of bed, and was followed by her miniature pincher, also. I put the leash on the first dog, a full size Doberman, and along with the miniature, took them outside to do their duty. As I left the kitchen I noticed the clock said approximately 2:05am. We went to the back yard and the Doberman promptly took a leak. We then proceeded to the back of the yard by a very large (60') tree, where he usually does a #2, and along with the miniature pinscher, I also relieved myself. Everything went fine, and as I got back in the kitchen, and took the leash off the large dog, I noticed the clock said 2:50am? Being still mostly asleep, I had a thought that this was strange (45 minutes to take a leak?). Oh well! I didn't think much about this, as I assumed that I had mistakenly read the clock wrong on the way out earlier. The next morning (Saturday) I awoke at 7:30am and went to the bathroom as usual, relieved myself, then ran some water and washed my face, when I looked in the mirror, I had two strange red marks symmetrically on my forehead. I thought, what in the hell is this? I did not fall down, nor bump into anything since I went to bed, and why were these red marks on my head. I closely examined the marks, and they are were not puncture wounds, nor did they hurt or itch. My girlfriend said she didn't hit me, and I gave up and spent the entire day, Saturday 7/27/02, trying to explain to all my friends why I had these two red marks on my forehead. I jokingly explained finally that it 'must have been the aliens', and if I became pregnant three months from now, they would know for sure. I don't know if this is relevant or not, but it still seems strange, and yesterday, a friend of mine I happened to run into at the Post Office, a certified physician, looked at the marks and said, 'he really did not know what could have caused this particular malady', although they appeared to be bruises. This I know: at no time between Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, did I run, bump, or otherwise hit myself in the head.
